Paul and Barbara Hutt are truly top notch and one of a kind. My husband and I used them as our HUD consultant when adding on a 1500 sq ft 2nd floor to our home. Paul had to come for inspections are certain stages throughout the process and he added tremendous value each time. His work is thorough, precise and he takes the time to explain the pros and cons of everything. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. They are also very detailed and prompt with paperwork. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be referring them to friends and family. Thank you Paul and Barbara!

Getting an inspection is one of the most important things you need to do when purchasing a home or commercial property. Homepro is thorough, trustworthy and amazing to work with. I had Paul from Homepro come out to inspect a contractors work, mid-​job, finishing my basement. Paul was able to identify a few questionable things the contractor had done BEFORE I paid the contractor any more money. Thanks to Paul’s inspection, the work was completed the right way. I always recommend Homepro to friends who are hiring contractors, to keep the contractors honest. As a first time home buyer, Paul Hutt (one of their inspectors) was insanely helpful with spotting problem areas with the homes my wife and I were looking to purchase. Paul helped us walk away from two houses that we would have signed on for. It was tough at the time, but in retrospect, we are so blessed to have had Paul guide us through the process and saved us countless headaches and tons of money by avoiding foundation issues in the first house and a myriad of outdated wiring and plumbing issues with the second house. I send all my friends and family to HomePro and will definitely be working with them down the road if we get another house.
