I had a great experience with Neville and crew. They mounted an older 42′ Sharp Aquos over my fireplace. The whole experience from the initial communication to the follow up request to stop by and fix the tilt of the TV was wonderful. I’ll be using their services for any future home entertainment purchases and would certainly recommend to a friend.

Primo did a really beautiful job of installing our television, soundbar, and other components above our fireplace. Neville and Mike were on this job, and are extremely talented. This was not an easy job, and they came up with the best plan for doing the installation in the cleanest manner possible, with the end result being a beautiful installation with no wires showing.
These guys are very friendly and really good at what they do. I would highly recommend them.

Neville and the team from Primo are the best! They wall mounted 3 TVs, reprogrammed all my remotes and set up my home theatre speakers all with the professionalism that all these Unilocal reviewers are talking about.

I never sit around and write reviews, but if one person becomes a Primo customer because of this review than it was well worth it.
Bottom line — -What I needed, 2 TV’s on a wall with Blueray and 2 cable boxes with concealed wires.
I have a new house freshly painted and needed minimal wall damage. Primo was 1 of 5 estimates I got. 2 of the 5 never submitted an estimate 1 was over 5 thousand and the other was $ 1,400. Neville priced my needs way below both over inflated quotes. My first concern was that Neville simply had lower quality so I forwarded him the 2 quotes and line by line he showed me how certain items or labor was just over priced and about 50% of the equipment was not needed.
Long story short Neville, Mike and Justin traveled to Briarcliff Manor NY in Westchester did what I needed and was gone just as fast. My wife came home to see 2 TV’s on our walls wondering how on earth it was done with no touch up paint or sheet rock replacement needed.
They sold me what I needed not what they think I may need years from now.

Primo Services is the best! I just had them set up our home entertainment system and they did an excellent job!
The whole process was so customer friendly. I spoke with Neville and he was very clear with the cost and his flexibility with scheduling to set up our system.

Can’t say enough good things about Nev (Neville) First, he was very accommodating to my schedule, and was even early for our appointment. He mounted my 65″ inch tv with ease. Aside from that he even covered some holes on the wall from a previous installed tv from another company witch did not inspire the same level of confidence or professionalism Has Primo Home Automations.
They are very quick with the service and (Nev) he also showed me how to adjust the tv with the radio system. I woud highly recommend Primo Home Automations service. They are very Affordable Neville is the best! He is a pro. He is very meticulous, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. Don’t go with anyone else!

5 star install by Primo. Mike and Justin did an awesome job hanging my 55 inch tv and concealing the wires. They are professional and efficient and will give you the best advice. I would call these folks again for future installs. If you are looking to wall mount a tv, give this company a call.

Mike and Ed, they are lifesavers. My living room wall had been a mess for 4 years. In coordinating with the fabulous team of Primo, sending pictures and working with me and my hectic schedule. They came out on Sunday afternoon and within no time transformed my disaster wall into heaven. Hiding my cable box behind my low profile mount. I have 2 more tvs for them to work on and I can’t wait.

Neville arrived within 24 hour of my contacting Primo to schedule the appointment. He showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately set about investigating the infrared issues I’d been experiencing for the past few weeks. Within 10 – 15 minutes he had ascertained that the issue was stemming from a faulty emitter device. He went to the truck, came back with a replacement in about 5 minutes and I was back in business! I’ve also texted with these guys at 10:00pm to get advice on parts, wiring, etc. and they’ve consistently available — and helpful — regardless of the question/​situation. Where else in NYC are you going to get service like this? These guys get it done. Highest recommendation.
