Salazer Thomas L MD

I have been a paitent of Dr. Salazer since 2001. I can’t even begin to tell you what a brilliant, kind man and skilled physician he is. Thorough doesn’t even begin to describe him. Always takes the time during office visits to discuss all of your concerns and refers to specialists appropriately– he knows his limitations, which is a quality that makes for a great doctor. The office staff may be a little overworked and difficult at times, but Moretta, one of his receptionists is consistently wonderful and Sylvia, his medical assistant is always such a pleasure to deal with. Any waiting time you may have to get in to see him is most definitely worth it!!! I highly recommend Dr. Salazer, without reservation.

Horrible experience. After speaking to his staff 3 times on the phone about what to bring w/​me (bloodwork, insurance card, etc), I drove 30 minutes in a snow storm only to be told that I was out of network and would have to pay $ 250 to see the doctor. The women was a young girl w/​an earring in her nose who was so nasty and made it seem like I bothered her by showing up. I tried to explain that I would call back w/​a CC when I got home but they wouldn’t let me in. This was after waiting over a month for the appt. The staff was absolutely rotten to me. I highly recommend anyone to see any doctor but this one.
