I had a back window replaced by Scotts and they were terrific. The work was done quickly and at the estimated price — and when I got my car back, it was the cleanest it had been in months! They did a great job and I was treated well. I definitely recommend Scotts.

This auto body shop is amazing. Service from day one when I made my appointment was exceptional. I have a Bmw that got ran into and a side panel had to be replaced and everything was great. The communication was good they worked with my schedule. They dealt with all the insurance information which was a major plus. They also sent me a gift card for a car wash in the mail telling me thank you for choosing them! Very nice! I will definitely use them again if needed!

They made a mistake with their paper work they told me to come pick up my truck but the insurance company didn’t have their estimates because they forgot to send them. When I finally got the insurance adjuster to call them to fix the situation they would not let me come pick up my truck because it was too late in the day. If they would have done their job right I would have my truck and this would be over with. I WILL NOT use them again.

Had a fender bender. Didn’t know what to do after reporting it other than get a quote. Luckily Scott’s Auto Body works with insurance companies and the repair went smoothly. They kept me informed on any hidden repairs that couldn’t be seen at the time of the estimate. They took care of working with the insurance company to get it all done. Very Happy with Scott’s I highly recommend them! They go the extra mile for their customers!

I am visiting from Santa Cruz and my dad suggested I bring my Honda Civic to Scott’s Auto Body because my passenger side front bumper was pulled loose due to a pot hole I hit. They were very friendly and helpful and said they could look at it while we waited. It was refastened within 10 minutes! Another place I took it to right after it happened said the only way to fix it was to replace the whole bumper. I really appreciate the honesty, integrity and professionalism of this business!
