I am only giving them 1 star because I am forced to. I would give them no starts if I could. Our experience with this company was a complete nightmare. First when they came out to do the install of the electrical panel the electrician noticed our gas meter was too close to our electric meter. Under the new building codes they have to be 30″ apart but our house is older and they were only 14″ apart. This should have been caught in the inspection and mapping for the system but the pictures of the meters «went missing». We had to wait a couple months for this issue to be resolved. The solar company paid to have the gas meter moved. Then the electric panel needed to be installed and that took several months to happen. The electrician was a no show a couple times, then the electric company was back logged. The electrician tried to replace the panel hot without our knowledge once but luckily our oldest daughter was home and noticed someone was at our house and immediately called my husband who in turn made the guy leave. Every time we called and asked to talk to the owner we were always told he was unavailable or not in the office but when we were finally able to talk to him he would tell us he was in the office and was available. No one bothered to tell us our loan application was only good for 6 months. Since it took longer than that to get the system up and running we had to reapply and lost our initial low interest rate. After a few weeks of having the system we found out we needed a monitoring system that would connect to wifi and allow us to watch our system and monitor how much it is collecting so we would be able to tell if anything is wrong with the system. No one with this company told us about that. The owner of the company had 2 more panels added to our system at no cost to make up for all the trouble but it did not excuse all the trouble we went through.

Initial sales call and installation went very smoothly. Very pleased with work. Think office /​admin could use some streamlining and efficiency, but overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just as I expected from pass experiences same positive results on time again. The new system is solar world panels 28 @280w. with Enphase micro investors 250w. Very efficient system and attractive enough to make it through my HOA. The team kept in contact during the design phase and construction took four days to complete Keith did a great job and when I had a concern it got handled by the top guy thanks guys for the 4^th time

Tick tock. It’s now been 7 months since 360 damaged my home and they still have done nothing to fix it, despite my bringing in their parent company, Sunpower, to help mediate. This company is as unscrupulous as they come.

I had 360 Solar install panels about a year ago. They did a great job. Recently, I had a problem with pool solar that they had moved. I called, spoke to Tony and they were out the same day to fix it. Great customer service.

360 solar did a fabulous job… Yes it took a little longer than we thought but a lot of that was Edison and permits. I will say they had a gal come out. Sherri Winters… She was HORRIBLE … Come to find our they thought so too and ended her consulting contract with them! I highly recommend 360!

Very impressed with this company. Ben the rep who sold us was very professional. He knew a lot and answered our questions. The install crew were also very professional and polite. The install was done in 2 days! The company complied with my wishes of making the panels not noticeable from the street.

I have since been in contact with these guys and I must say that they have made me happy this time around. I did receive a detailed proposal and they have followed up. Ill edit this entire review once I choose to install a system and if I use them.

These guys rock. Their roofers have years upon years of experience and placed all my solar racks up on/​thru my cement tile roof in about a day with no damage or issues. All stancions were double flashed and painted to match the roof. The solar design from their electrician (Doug) was slick and professional. I felt Doug he really knew his business and I put up micro inverters which can be tricky. He even noticed an issue with my electrical panel and fixed it. The field sales help from Tony was top-​notch and he coordinated everything and people actually showed up early. Wow! Can you believe that! He had access to local solar supplies and as able to get good prices. Their office support filed and handled all the paperwork for Fed and state rebates. Overall it was a good experience and I will use them when I put up more panels.
