All Access Limo had won my business after I did extensive homework and researched the average rate a limo company can charge; the information provided a benchmark. When I called the various companies including All Access Limo I had prepared a series of questions, such as price, the make and year of their fleet, driver safety records and insurance. I evaluated the companies by their Unilocal reviews, customer service, and their tone when they answer my questions. It gave me sense of the company’s ethical business practices.
John was extremely fair with his quote and he was pleasant, as well as honest with his prices. I reserved the limo three weeks prior to the event. During the three weeks, I needed to make a revision with the limo because we added people to our party. Again, he was very patient and accomodating meeting my needs.
On Sunday 11÷22÷15, John arrived early then expected. The limo was immaculate and stocked with ice and a variety of sodas. I also made a special request to have diet caffeine free soda for my mother and he obliged. Most importantly, he drove us to our destination with safety and comfort as a TOP PRIORITY!!!
I highly recommend All Access Limo to meet your needs!!! You won’t be disappointed! They will be my go to limo service.

Me and my friends used All Access Limo for wine tasting in Temecula, booking process was easy and John was very helpful, he even made appointments at all wineries and made sure our day went smooth. Limo was clean, driver was friendly and easy to deal with, will definitely use this company again!

I called all access limo to book transportation for wine tour in Temecula, from start to finish John the owner was courteous and professional and also flexible with pick up time since we had change 2 times and he send a us a brand new 2015 limousine and it was nicest limo I ever rode in and not to mention we where the first one to ride in it. It was great working with John to coordinate our son’s limo arrangements for his Prom. John’s communication was excellent throughout the reservation process and his price was the best available in Temecula! On the day of the event, the driver David also communicated well. He was attentive and polite. His periodic text messages kept us parents updated and our minds at ease. We knew when our kids arrived safely at the restaurant and the Prom venue and when they were on their way home. The kids said he drove safely and treated them very professionally. This is a company I would recommend and use again for future events.

My husband and I booked our wine tour with All Access for our daughter’s birthday. John was easy going, yet professional and very flexible, tailoring our day so that all 11 of us had a WONDERFUL time. He was early for our scheduled pick up time in Carmel Mountain Ranch, allowing us to load the Excursion limo with all our snacks and goodies without cutting into our on the clock time. Our SUV limo was clean, great looking, and comfortable. The sound system worked perfectly, as did the air conditioner on a rather warm day. Plenty of glass champagne flutes, napkins, sodas and water were provided at no extra charge. John escorted us to each tasting room, handling all the details, leaving us to enjoy our time without standing in line. He helped tote our purchases, and carried the ice chest we brought for our picnic lunch. We will definitely call him again!!!

This is by far the best limo company in Temecula ! Ive used them several times now and will continue to use them in the future. The drivers are very knowledgeable about the wineries and even got us discounts at some of them. The cars are always clean and the AC was ice cold ! This really is a 5 star limo service !

John the owner of the company saved our party from getting ruined by another company.
We had a reservation with another limousine service in Temecula and just 24 hours before the event they called us to let us know that they won’t be able to show up with out giving me a reason.
I called john of all access limousine and explained the situation to him. not only john was able to book us with such a short notice but also I was shocked to find out that his rates were cheaper than the other reservation I had.
Now about the reservation day john showed up 10 minutes early the limo was nice and clean. he was very accommodating and took good care of us.
Finding All Access Limousine Service has been a pleasant surprise for me and I will recommend my friends and family to them

He showed up early, put more drinks than we asked. He went beyond our expectations and overall we got more than we paid. **** BEWARE! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF MESSING UP YOUR EVENT ****** I recently hired this limo service for my daughter’s birthday and in the beginning they do the song and dance that they can be flexible but in the end when we needed them they were late and then made up stories about the limo having a flat. Promises they made about granting us an additional 30mins were lies and wanted us to pay in the end. They sub-​contracted out the job to another independent limo driver that was out of the loop from the start of the service… They had the right pick up spot but the wrong drop off location was emailed to them by John (owner). Communication was horrible… I had to call them three times to find out where they were… then we are at the venue and come out and the limo is there but the driver is missing for 10mins… pay the extra money to have a professional company… Limo driver was good about timing in getting us to the venue and back but I come to find out at the risk of high speeds on the freeway by one of our mothers that had a hard time keeping up with the limo as she followed behind. he was going over 85 – 90 with kids in the car… don’t bother hiring this circus act because they can’t deliver on their promises and if you want to take a risk on your guests safety… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE

I used this company for my daughters wedding. they are very professional and flexible with everything. their limos are brand new and very clean.

After calling around to find an available and fair priced limousine service, I chose All Access Limousine. Not only did I find them to be reasonably priced but also courteous.
I hired them for a 1pm pick up, and the driver was at my door step at 12:30pm. The nicely dressed driver knocked on my door and politely informed me that he was a little early but was ready for pick up at my convenience. He also asked if I needed help with anything. I thought this level of service just did not exist.
The Stretched excursion was clean and looked to be very well maintained. When we all boarded, we noticed the champagne and clean glasses were ready for us. So we started the night. The driver asked for the type of music to play but also showed us how to play our own. The limousine was equipped with a very nice stereo system.
He got us to our destination and was prompt for our return trip. I have never given a 5 star review but, this is by far the best limousine and customer service I have experienced! Thanks John!

All Access was incredible to work with. John was so nice and provided great customer service. He checked in a week before the event by phone and email, and the actual diver reached out the day before to check in as well. I was so impressed, and their customer service was the best I have ever seen from a limo company. I look forward to working with them in the future! Good price, great service — I highly recommend.

All Access drove my friend’s bridal party to her wedding venue. John arrived right on time, the limo was clean, and we got to the winery early. The reservation process was easy, John was responsive to all my questions. We’ll definitely use All Access again in the future.

I contacted All Access Limo for a birthday celebration to go wine tasting in Temecula. John — the owner was very professional and accommodating from the start.
The driver picked us up in Temecula and took us around wineries of our choice for 5 hours! It was plenty of time for us to get a good buzz on.
There was also a bottle of champagne, sparkling cider and water waiting for us in the limo, which was a nice touch. The limo was clean and comfortably fit 8 people. Our driver was very personable and knowledgable about wineries. He provided us with great suggestions on which wineries to visit — Thornton winery was one of suggestions and was a great choice!
The price for 5 hours of limo service was very reasonable. I will hire John’s services in the future again!

Called on Wednesday to reserve a Limo for Friday night. For $ 150+Tip this is what they did:
They picked my wife and I up at 5:30pm and dropped us off at the winery in Temecula. (Our requested time to be picked up was for 5:45pm, so they were actually early)
Our Christmas party ended at 10pm and the Limo was waiting right outside the door for us. This is nice because it was December and kind of chilled for a California night.
We tipped the driver $ 30 on top of the $ 150 fare, but later asked him what his usual tips were and he said around $ 50+. Next time we’ll tip better.
The limo was equipped with a DVD player, bluetooth/​usb stereo, and compartments to store a wine bottle on ice. We hooked up our iPhone and were jamming out to our favorite playlist.
Another note: The company said on the phone that they need to charge a 3 hour minimum, which I assume means $ 50/​hour, because our total was $ 150 for the night.
The Limo was top notch clean, no smells, phenomenal experience. You won’t be disappointed. By the way, our Driver’s name was Stan. If you want similar experience ask for him.
