Brian Stodart is an accomplished pianist, guitarist and vocalist. He began his study of piano at age seven (1975) and has been working professionally as a musician since 1989. Years of performing, directing and instructing music in countless styles and settings has shaped him into a seasoned and versatile artist. Brian launched his solo performance career in 2005.

Business Owner

Brian Stodart is an accomplished professional pianist, guitarist and vocalist. He began his study of piano at age seven (1975) and has been working professionally as a musician since 1989. Years of performing, directing and instructing music in countless styles and settings has shaped him into a seasoned and versatile artist. With the launch of a solo performance career in 2005, he has been called upon to perform at such venues as the MGM Grand Las Vegas, Down Town Disney, San Diego Convention Center and Lake Arrowhead’s Center Stage.

From James Taylor, The Beatles, Elton John and Billy Joel, to Norah Jones, Kings of Leon, Jason Mraz and Coldplay, Brian skillfully delivers an eclectic yet familiar mix of the greatest singer-​songwriters of the last four decades.

Brian is absolutely incredible! Brian is such a talented musician & was the DJ for my wedding this past weekend at L’Auberge. Brian played the piano during the ceremony (learned songs that we requested), sang live music during the cocktail hour & was the DJ/​Emcee during the Dinner & Dancing Reception. He is so incredibly sweet & was such a pleasure to work with throughout the wedding planning process. His stellar expertise in music & weddings was so appreciated by my husband & I as well as our families. Brian was the perfect person to DJ our wedding & exceeded our expectations with his effortless talent as a musician. We can’t wait to see him perform again in the future! I highly recommend Brian to perform at any special event!

Brian did an amazing job for our wedding. He is excellent at organizing and working with the coordinaters to make sure the timing and flow of your event is flawless. We had a few meetings with him prior to the wedding and he helped us to structure our evening and create the mood we wanted to have. It was a big plus that he took the time to sit down with my sisters to pick out some great songs that our family appreciated hearing. We’ve got a lot of feed back from our guests who loved the combination of his live performance and DJ abilities. We got so much value for all the services he provided. He’s an excellent MC as well.

WOW!!! Brian is amazing! Brian played at my daughter’s wedding and set the entire tone for the wedding. He played the piano as everyone was seating themselves, and when she walked down the aisle. He played the guitar during cocktail hour and dinner and them rocked the house with his DJ skills during the party time! He closed out the evening with a beautiful song on the guitar just for the bride and groom. All of our guests were so impressed with him. I cannot stress enough how wonderful he is! Thank you Brian!

Brian is awesome!
We first saw Brian perform at Ponte Inn Restaurant. We were staying at the inn and meandered over to the restaurant to get something to eat. We asked him to play our song «All of Me» by John Legend even though it wasn’t on his song list. Being the trooper he is, he took at stab at it for us! We enjoyed his performance then and when it was time to get married, he was the first musician to come to mind. He sang our song again at our wedding. Ah, the memories!
Not only is a he a super talented musician and singer, he’s also a super nice, very professional, laid back guy. He was one of the highlights at our wedding. Our guests really enjoyed listening to him as well. Even though he is based out of San Diego, he drove all the way up to LA to check out the venue and just get the lay of the land. Talk about thorough! Highly recommended.

We were truly blessed to have Brian sing, play his piano/​guitar and DJ our wedding. Brian went above and beyound to accommodate us and make our day absolutely Amazing. I honestly can say that having him perform live for cocktail hour, ceremony and dinner was the highlight of the night. Our event felt magical and our guests were in awe on how amazing he is. The up lighting he provided made the nights ambiance feel Amazingly Elegant and Magical. Brian played all the songs from a playlist we provided him which was a plus. We highly recommend using Brian if you want that special magical wow at your event with Class. Our guests are still complimenting his performance and can’t wait to hear him again! Brian played at my wedding a few years ago and he was unbelievable. Before choosing him we went to listen to him at Ponte Winery and were sold within a song or two. His talent and versatility was one of the highlights of the wedding. He played during the ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner and then was MC/​DJ for the rest of the night. My husband and I still seek him out at venues around Southern California just to say hi and listen to his beautiful music. Brian is awesome! We are big fans!

This is one of those times when you wish for the option of more than five stars. Brian Stodart played/DJ’d for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary this past Saturday at Ponte Winery. Tough assignment. They wanted some songs from their era, some modern hits, and everything in between. They wanted someone who would understand the flow of the event and enhance it without ever being a distraction. They wanted live music for portions of the evening, and recorded music for others; background music for some parts, get-​em-​all-​out-​of-​their-​seats dance music for others.
Brain nailed it. He’s a VERY talented musician. There are many of those. He’s a VERY talented vocalist. There are many of those. He’s a VERY talented DJ. There are many of those. If you want someone who is ALL THREE, there aren’t many of those. Brian is among a very limited number of people who can use their multiple talents to elevate a very nice event to an exceptional and memorable one.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brian. I heard him from the top of the stairs at a bridal open house at south coast, and I had to have him. I marched straight up to where he was and signed up immediately. He has a large repertoire of songs that he performs, but for a fee he learned three other songs for us to personalize our ceremony.
He was extremely flexible. We through a surprise in our wedding ceremony and he was so fun about helping us execute it.
He was set up live at the ceremony, live at another location for cocktail hour, live at a 3rd location during dinner, then set up to DJ at a 4th location inside for dancing!
He outperforms anyone I have ever heard on singing and DJing! He read the crowd perfectly. We had people on the dance floor that we had never seen dance before! We paid extra for the baby grand piano presentation (highly recommend it) and he allowed me to put some red roses on top and a picture of the two of us. Above all, he is a great presenter and DJ and plays several instruments, and he is AMAZING.
All of my guests were wowed by Brian. I wish I could hire him for all of my parties, but we live in New Mexico. Don’t think I haven’t thought about it though… :)
