Chong is a Permanent Make-​up Artist using a hand method of applying permanent inks to create a natural looking make-​up. She has been doing this for over 28 years. She does permanent eyeliner, eyebrows and full lips.

Established in 1989.

Chong started out in Los Angeles, CA and now works all over Southern California. Including Temecula, Murrieta, Hemet, Irvine, Palm Springs, and the San Diego Area, El Cajon, Kearney Mesa and Coronado.

Chong has over 25 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. She received her schooling from the famous Korean, Cha Jeong Hee in Los Angeles, Ca. She was taught how to use a hand method to apply permanent make-​ups. She’s the former owner of the «Sterling Beauty Salon and Permanent Make-​up Center,» in San Bernardino, California, prior to branching out to other locations in Southern California. Chong’s artistic eye for esthetics and her steady hand make her an expert in creating a natural looking Permanent Make-​up for ladies and men of all ages. Chong has performed her unique applications on ladies and gentlemen fro all over the United States and foreign countries. Their have been several articles in local newspapers telling others about her business and unique techniques.
