CVS Pharmacy

For some reason every single time I come here they «can’t find» my prescription. This is after my doctor faxes it to he same exact store I always use. For the same prescription. After waiting in the slowest line ever for 30 mins. Just to leave without my medicine. That I use to sleep every single day. This is the FOURTH time, and one of those times was when I was picking up my husbands prescriptions. And every time I leave question my own stupidity like is this my fault but it never is. Very very frustrating

Went on to get some over the counter medication. Patiently waited in line. One person is working the register the other is filling scripts the 3^rd is just pushing around bags doing whatever she can not to help customers. When I get to the front of the line the cashier tells me I have to go to the other line and she’ll help me there. Other line? Well at this other line are another 5 or 6 people waiting for service.
What is this place? The DMV? As I can already see none of the other employees want to lift a finger to help out. I didn’t feel like upsetting their night by having the audacity of asking for anything. Besides I now see they are afflicted with rectal cranium inversion syndrome.
I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.

They filled my prescription with medicine that did not work due to it was too close to the expiration date. When I asked that they replace it they told me to talk to the manufacturer. They are the ones that charged me and they need to take it back and replace it. Cloe, the manager said that it is not their problem.

The employees here are very nice :) and always with a smile:) asking me if i found everything ok found everything i was looking for and if i had any questions :); thank you for your help:)))

I live in French Valley, so it’s convenient for me to come here. I was shopping tonight and my cashier was very nice. I had a coupon which needed to be printed out and brought to the store to redeem. I did not read the coupon correctly, which was my fault, and did not print it. She went ahead and honored the coupon anyway. It was only for $ 2.00, but I appreciated the accommodation because she did not have to do that for me. I’ll be back.

***This CVS seems like a big one, but it closes very early on Sunday, which makes it much less convenient than most Southern California pharmacies***
This CVS is located in a retail plaza that has its own huge (and free) parking lot; it is easy finding an open space.

Came here the other day to use the photo lab because my mom needed to scan and print some pictures. The staff was very friendly, the equipment worked great and we got our pictures in no time. Great experience!
