Dr. Smith received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in April 2011. During his internship he participated in a Knee Osteoarthritis study that tested the effects of mobilization of the knee joint on patients aging from 65 to 90. The goal was to see how the treatment affected the patients’ pain level as well as their overall range of motion Dr. Smith also interned at the Venice Family Clinic in Venice, CA. While there he worked with acupuncturists and doctors of internal medicine in a multi-​disciplinary atmosphere to treat patient as efficiently as possible. In his last term he was appointed intern supervisor at the Venice Family Clinic. At Cleveland Chiropractic College, Dr. Smith gained proficiency in Kinesiotaping and the Graston technique.
