Dark Vapes

Ok worst treatment by owner.
Pretty much was told that my ego-​one would be repaired in a week so I left it with the guy that said that he would take care of it and that if it wasn’t fixed by the following week that if I brought my receipt in I could just get a new battery so I go in today thinking that either it would be fixed or replaced neither happened so try to get ahold of the owner and the owner has there employees hand up on me now I was just trying to get done what was told to me the entire situation was handled unprofessionally one don’t lie two don’t have your employees hang up on customers three pick up the call and handle up professionally or don’t own a a business I will be going to the Better Business Bureau about this no one should be treated the way I was treated today.

Still good selections but I have been having trouble with them keeping 18 and 24mg in the flavors of juice I pick

Had a great experience tonight! Customer service was outstanding. The gentleman working tonight was very friendly and professional, rebuilt my atty and threw in a couple extras. Hard to find customer service like this in a market filled with teenaged employees. Thanks Dark Vapes!

Imma be straight up. My homies works their and he has always been honest but my cousins and I have been there 3 times and always walked out with something and when I’m not there and they went to go drop some money they go in and right when they walk in they give a huge hello and the Manager immediately disses them for I. D which is understandable but no HELLO or nothing, all they wanted to buy is a vape sock and some liquid as a present. And from what they saw is a lot of people who looked underage in there buying stuff and didn’t even get carded. The worse part about it is that they KICKED my family out. Now I’ve been to every vape shop possible. I. E vapes, SCvapes, Vape underground, vape stores in LA, and not once missed a greeting. I don’t know what the big deal with this store but the MANAGER name Angel is a «NOW IT ALL» female who obviously doesn’t know her place and her builds are garbage, HOW? Because her builds has burnt out my post and kills liquid like crazy. Overall they sell the same mechanicals & atomizers as some places but the manager doesn’t know what type of business she’s in. I would tread carefully walking into this store. Go to vape underground by BJ’s restaurant. More relaxing and wider variety of mechs and attys also juices. Hopefully you read this far thank you!

Been coming here for a while. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Everything in the store is pretty good and nicely priced.

Been in here a bunch of times and everytime I feel uncomfortable and disappointed. First time I went in the clones they had were very overpriced ($ 70-​$ 80 for something worth $ 20 on fasttech). The few times after that I went in and didn’t even get a greeting for about 20 minutes. Have heard stories from friends about how they go to ask a question about something and didn’t get an informative answer. One of the employees even told someone I know that they were only allowed to try 2 flavors and the rest they had to smell. Overall weird attitude, bad service, not much knowledge, and crazy prices on clone and replica devices.

Came by a couple weeks ago because the bf and I were interested in getting him an upgraded device from the Spider pen he was using since he wasn’t really satisfied with the performance. Some friends recommended we come here and speak with either Angel or Nam (sp?) and see what they would recommend setting him up with since they’re apparently the more experienced ones there. So when we came by to check out the store, we were greeted by Angel. She was such a sweetheart. She answered basically every question we had about upgrading to a mod and walked him thru how to piece everything together, build it, and maintain it. We did come by on a Friday evening so the store was pretty busy but she managed to multitask and help other customers out until Bobby/​Robbie (?) arrived from their kiosk location to help manage the crowd. We left very well educated and satisfied with the bf’s new setup and made sure to tip Angel generously for great customer service. I ended up coming back the next day to get my own mod! We won’t trust anyone to do our builds but her. Not sure if she’s the owner or manager since I always see her there every time I come by haha (not a bad thing tho!). Good flavor selection too! Been coming back for their Ménage a trois and Kawaii flavors.

Stopped by again, same people, same know it all attitude, with lack of ohm, wattage, and resistance knowledge.
Plus no testing of available juices! Sad. this could be a decent shop!

I just went in there, the girl working the counter had the worst stuck up attitude. She told me that they only let you try 3 to 4 flavors because of your taste buds on your tongue. WTF! Go to LA or any other Vape store and they will not put a limit on trying flavors. She also did not want to sell me a tank because she said it leaks more than a Kanger Pro tank, what does she know??? Not much… I leave you with you own decision making, to waste money at a store that gives so much attitude and thinks they know everything. Then when and you end up buying something based on there recommendation, and they will not admit fault, or try to resolve the problem!!!

Went to this store the other day. There were two girls there who are really incompetent. Really bad service. Not sure why anyone would return to this place both girls are really annoying.

I used to think this place was cool when I knew very little about vaping. Now that I am more educated, I will NEVER return to Dark Vapes. They are horrible. Just because they have a pleasant looking store doesn’t mean anything. Very little knowledge when it comes to staff. Trying to get every dollar from you, even if means ripping you off. They will try to sell you a product you don’t even need, telling you that you need it to work, just to make extra sales. Don’t expect them to replace or exchange anything if it doesn’t work. Very over priced for the lack of quality that they sell. There’s plenty of quality vape stores in the area that actually know what their doing. Just saying.

Was doing. Some light shopping at the mall and found this place.
The storefront itself is beautiful and warm. Staff is extremely friendly.
I’m somewhat novice to this whole vape craze and I’ve learned a few tips from friends. The girl that greeted me was a big help. Not knowing if the sales woman would give me good advice, I took a chance. The prices are fair so I really had nothing to lose. To say the least, I was generally satisfied with their service!
Got home and opened up my new tank and e-​juice. I’m super pumped about my purchase. I’ll definitely visit again for all my vape needs!

So, my story is.
I was walking around the mall and discovered this beautiful place. I was so happy and excited that I found liquids that suited for me. Thanks to the lady who works there (I am so sorry that i forgot your name) Since I am new to Vapes, she had helped and explained it to me. She also let me try different varieties of their liquids. Not only that, but they gave me a discount on one of the liquids and I just had to buy this cute pick vape that came with two vapes with a case and the charger. :D Satisfied customer.
I know I’ll be back fersure.
