Such shitty service. The guy at drive thru today was so rude. He handed us our bag and just walks away not saying a word. Then he rolled his eyes because we had to ask for hot sauce. We yelled have a good day and he flipped us off.

I want to start by saying I clearly saw they were understaffed however I had to bring thing’s to the attention of the worker in the back(which is who I got when asking for a manager) and explained that I would not be eating anything made by the front service girl because I watched her time and time again handling the money and then jumping back to help her with the food. Food handling 1O1… Next problem, it took 20 minutes for our food(2 separate orders) I had to step back up to the counter and state«it’s been 20 minutes» and the girl who I called out says«what does she want now?» REALLY, OK I will never be back to this location or any other for that matter.

Not happy with this location the last couple times I’ve been there. Two times in a row I got home and they gave me the wrong burrito. Tonight I ordered the Cali steak and Guac and for the SECONDTIME they gave me a different burrito and no Guac… The other burrito I ordered is suppose to have avocado and when I looked. Yep you guessed it no avocado! Save your time and go to a different location.

This location is awful!!! Save your time and drive to the Del Taco off Rancho California or I’m sure the Del Taco at the gas station is better just down the way. Save your money because I have been double charged over 4 times at this location. You can’t call them because the number on their recipt is a fax machine. Everyone at this location is beyond incompetent and can’t run the restaurant like it should be. The owner should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this location.

Well, I have been stuck in the line for the drive through for over 30 mins. Time enough for me to get aggravated enough to get on Unilocal. The team here is rude and the service is worse. I will never come back to this location ever ever again. Please do not visit this location. Unless you would like some 45 min cold tacos.

Worst deal taco ever!!! The drive thru is the worst, very unprofessional… These girls here didn’t even give us napkins, straws, nothing. Our 10 tacos were served like a salad and just tossed everywhere … We have been driving for 2 hrs and to receive this service where I’m sure a lot of tourist pass by is so sad … No wonder why so many locations are closing …

I really need to start paying closer attention to the Unilocal reviews; this place has two stars and I understand why. First of all, my husband and sons reported the men’s room was in deplorable condition — no paper toweling, no soap, no hand sanitizer, broken hand dryer and urine all over the floor. They had no way of cleaning their hands before they ate. And the employees had no apparent way to wash their hands after using the restroom. We stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone came to take our order. The food showed up fairly quickly and once we were done my older son decided he was still hungry and wanted a chicken soft taco. Here’s where things went downhill for me. While he’s 9 and can be shy to the point of turning into a deer in headlights, he’s not invisible — it seemed accidental that anyone saw him standing there at all. He placed his order and was immediately forgotten. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time and after five minutes I went up to check on the order. I stood there for nearly a minute and had to say«excuse me» rather loudly to get anyone’s attention. «Where is my son’s taco?» Each of the three employees thought one of the other employees had sent out the order. Way to communicate guys!

We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and we were one of only two cars in it. Ridiculous wait. When we got our food it was warm and mostly what we ordered. My husband ordered a regular chicken quesadilla and got a spicy jack one instead. I ordered a Coke and got Diet Coke. I can’t drink Diet. The girl at the window was less than friendly. It just seems like the people that work here don’t care much about their customers. Other reviews seem to support that theory. Go to the one farther North on Temecula Pkwy.

This is a fast food restaurant but it’s far from being fast. We didn’t order a lot of food and thought going would be faster. But it’s not. The drive thru was longer and they were getting their order faster. If you’re going to dine here, maybe just go thru the drive through unless you have 15 minutes to kill to wait for your food

I usually come to this Del Taco because it is close to my home but the time that I go inside the establishment and I ask for my food and ask the manager to repeat my order she gave me an attitude. And rolled here eyes. It isn’t my fault that you hate your job. Don’t give me a FUCKING attitude. I don’t want to say that the brand is horrible but they need a new customer service because it is your job to make the customer happy. Don’t go inside and deal with the manager!

I have to update my review. I’ve been to this location a couple more times since my last review, and it has been horrible. They cut corners whenever they can. Oh you want a cheese quesadilla? Well I won’t give you any green sauce and you know what I won’t give you that much cheese either so that you’re quesadilla tastes like cardboard. Oh you want some nachos? No problem! Coming right up, I will give you one tiny a$$ scoop of beans, hardly and nacho cheese, and a crap ton of jalapenos. You will totally enjoy that right! Oh you want a bean, rice, and cheese burrito with red sauce BOLD style? Okay I will make you a bean burrito was a buttload of sour cream, no rice and no cheese. I’m sure that will hit the spot! This review was full of sarcasm, in case you missed that. I had numerous bad experiences at this location and it was just so ridiculous. I really don’t think the employees care about customer satisfaction at this Del Taco. Once upon a time I actually had good food here, but after so many other visits I realize now how lucky I was not to have crap served to me on a plate. Avoid this Del Taco.

I’m giving them 3.5 stars because the customer service needs help. I do like how they’re open 24/7, really affordable and close to Pechanga. The food is pretty good for what you pay for and they have a under a buck menu. I always use the drive thru because I usually come late nights. It also gets pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights after the bars have closed. Be patient with the employees because these people are handling your food. I’m sure they deal with a ton of drunk people all the time but come on people don’t be rude to people even if you’re drunk. I’ll come here again just because Starbucks which is next door doesn’t really serve food.

This is not a place you wanna eat at. From mishandling food to a clueless and stupid general manager, there are many problems. Employees will handle raw chicken and then with same gloves and no hand washing they will handle YOURFOOD! I’ve seen it happen and asked only to get a response back of «I don’t get what the problem is». There is tons of flys and gnats in the back, its an issue at this place, how do i know? The couple times i’ve been here i hear the managers telling the general manager and she just doesnt seem to care. The employee’s are trained to under portion your servings too. It’s apparently to save on their food cost, at YOUR cost. They are also trained to stall in the drive thru to keep their times low, since apparently thats all their corporation cares about, rather than the customer experience. Ever notice how theres alot of pausing while ordering? Or «ok let me put the order in»? Thats the stalling. Just last year this place was being run by the General manager Narrissa, she had this place under control, the new General manager Jackie doesnt seem to give a damn about the customers, food, or safety. Sad cause i loved going to this location before hand.
