Business Owner

Dominique was born and raised in Hamilton, OH, a small Midwestern city where he developed his pragmatic values. Dominique studied Economics at Miami University in Oxford, OH. Dominique has several years of experience in the real estate industry. In the beginnings of his career, he focused on brokerage where he was able to learn the dynamics of the organizations and structures of real estate. After years in his career, he identified an enormous need for alternative real estate strategies to relieve an unwanted burden on a specific niche of homeowners. Through the opportunities that were created from his efforts within this niche, other opportunities developed which led to joint venture partnering with investors. After a high caliber of networking and development of business relationships, an organic system was created & DLA Home Solutions was born. His experience has given him a vast knowledge of deal structuring and expertise in negotiating.
