I called Luigi 3 times starting in December, and left messages. It is now Jan. 21, 2014 and he never returned my phone calls. I also sent him an e mail through his web site, and did not hear back from him. I wanted some work done on a pebble paved deck at my condo. He was recommded to me by an epoxy company, but I would never think of using someone who does not respond to inquiries.

We bought a house in the Menifee area that needed a lot of repairs and some updating before we were able to move in, we were on a tight schedule and they got everything done for us quickly and for a great price. We are so happy with the work and would call again for any future projects

I am a recent home buyer and Ricky Ruiz /​Famer Construction and Plumbing has provided excellent service. Mr. Ruiz is a small general contractor /​plumber that serves the San Diego and Temecula area. He did small jobs like venting a cloths dryer and making window screens to larger jobs like installing a new shower valve. He worked extremely well with my electrician and I could trust him in my house without me being around. All estimates were met and reasonably to below market value priced. Mr. Ruiz took a significant amount of time to explain the problem and the process. All work was completed in a the time that he estimated it would take. I used Mr. Ruiz on three different occasions. I strongly recommend him and he is fully licensed and bonded. (Lic # 845 719)
