FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I tried to drop off prepaid Fedex to this store which near my house but they always wanted to make money out of packing by refused to accept my packages and they reasons are not up to their standard. They do not want to accept drop off at their store because they do not make any money out of it and they are purposefully to make you wait as long as possible.
I have to bring all of my packages to other Fedex office in Temecula Parkway to drop them off and they happy to accept them without any problem.

Why would you only schedule 2 employees for a Saturday? Oh there is a 3^rd person who just arrived at 1 pm with no personality and slow as molasses. Luckily the lady who helped me to retrieve my package was super nice… so one extra star for that.

What do you do when you need to send a fax out and this is the only place around. Everyone just stands around. You’d think that they were all in a union. Lol. Anyway, after 30mins, I was finally out the door.

My experience with the staff here is that they are purposefully as unhelpful as possible. They do not care about your time or money as a customer. Their self service printing program malfunctioned and could not print our PDF without garbling the image. When we asked a man behind the desk for assistance we were told we had a four wait time. If you value your time and money, visit another place.

Stopped by for passport photos in a big hurry and was out the door in less than five minutes. The staff went out of their way to assist quickly and everyone was beyond friendly. Excellent customer service!

These reviews are all way too true. I went to pick up a package I had shipped there for holding and my ID didn’t match the shipping address cause I had moved, so the Manager Mark wouldn’t release the package I would have been understanding if it didn’t look like he was taking way too much pleasure in telling me it wasn’t going to give me my package. I realized I had another ID that had my old address and gave it to him as he was bout to give me my package, I was texting and he felt as though I had taken a picture of him. He asked if I had and I told him multiple times I hadn’t he said he felt as though I had and due to that he wasn’t going to release my package. He said he would when he felt as though I had calm down well after a few minutes he bought the package over to the counter and requested for me to sign I refused and took the package. He then called the COPS and lied and told them I had stolen a box but failed to mention it was my OWN property. I was going to leave this whole matter alone and not even complain until the cops really called me. I have much respect for the cops and the job they do I can’t believe he would waste city resources and lie. People like that shouldn’t be employeed!!!

Aaron provided excellent customer service here. That isn’t always the case. Thanks man for making it happen so quick

Very bad customer service I was there for over 30 minutes when it should have taken 5. Luckily The Asian man was very nice and helpful but the ladies were rude and misinformed me on how to pack the box so I wasted a bunch of time. The other lady didn’t even acknowledge I was there and was helping people with the computers the whole time while I stood waiting for 15 minutes and the line behind me piled up. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and told them what I needed to print. My print job was all wrong. I left there paying $ 15 for NOTHING! I will not go back for any orint job, ever. After this i went to Ups. The ladies there were very helpful amd chrarged me only for the prints not for wasting my time.

Always slow service one person is getting packages checked in other ones are just looking around standing doing absolutely nothing every time I go in there absolutely can’t stand this location! Everytime I go to UPS Store or office I am never in line more than 1 to 2 minutes goodbye FedEx!

All I can do is shake my head. No help! None and they don’t care to help. Can’t even print a stinkin’ picture. What’s the point of them?!

If I could leave a zero, I would. What an awful store to walk into. None of the customer service reps care about their job or FedEx. As I recall, FedEx has a high standard of customer service, this store really makes the FedEx name suffer. I’m not sure how myself and the lady below me are talking about the same person… but Don the assistant manager was incredibly rude and I told him to his face. Instead of apologizing for his poor attitude, he argued with me. I was not greeted, was not helped during my visit and my coming to the front counter was a complete inconvenience. Other than the one man helping the line of customers, 3 other associates stood around talking in the shipping area. One blonde woman, who was dressed as a manager was leaning against the shipping counter as if work is a place to relax and gab with friends. I’m completely horrified by what the world of customer service is coming to… I will not be returning and in my opinion, neither should you.

I’ll never use this location again. Upon arrival, an older lady is there and she always looks like she hates her job. I came to print 24 large scale drawings. The other attendant was busy at the counter with another customer so I ask grouchy «can I use the self-​serve computers to print large 22×34 prints». She says yes. I proceed to pay per minute to find out that they only print 8 ½×11. So I get my refund and get to the counter to have the other attendant print for me. I wait for 15 minutes and nothing comes out of the printer. The attendant asks grouchy «is there something wrong with the big printer?» Grouchy responds with «yeah». WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME THAT EARLIER??? (That’s what I was thinking in my head). Needless to say, I leave without prints and I’m a day late on a deadline because I didn’t have time to go to another location.

Corey and Linda refused to help me in the print center. I needed simple files printed, as I have done at this location many times before, and they told me it was impossible. When I shared with them that I’ve done them here before, they said to come back after 4 when someone else was working.
This treatment was unacceptable and I feel that I was discriminated against because of my skin color. I called corporate and they said that nothing could be done about it. Corporate said that they can not do mirror image prints at FedEx Kinkos. When I explained to Mario at corporate that I’ve done them here many times before, he said there was nothing he could do. I can’t help but feel that if the situation was reversed, corporate would have taken notice. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The woman storming out as I walked in should have been my first clue. Save yourself the hassle and go to Office Depot instead. They are much friendly and more service oriented.

Horrible experience. I had a rush job I needed printed and put in a notebook overnight. Gave them a pdf file on a flash drive. The job involved printing two large color sheets and folding them and putting them into pockets in the notebook. They said they do not fold, which I thought was weird.
I came by to pick up the job at the agreed upon time (8 AM) and only one person working and took her a while to notice me at the counter. Then she couldn’t find the job. When she did, told me they were unable to print the maps because file was corrupt. I told her we opened and reviewed the off file with the Kinkos person when I dropped off the job and everything was fine. So we opened the file again with her and it opened fine but would not print. At that point I was very late with all these delays and had to leave so just forget about the maps. Then their debit card machine was not working so I had to scratch up enough cash to pay, and by the way, their prices are very high.
So I took the partial notebooks and flash drive down the street to another printer and they printed the maps in about 5 minutes and I was in my way.
I thought I could count on them for professional service … but never again

Why, oh why can’t we have a zero star rating? This FedEx location will consistently provide you with the absolute worst customer service experience possible.
The. Absolute. Worst. Period.
It’s so bad that I’m already upset that I won’t be able to perfectly describe the pain of coming here in this one single review.
If you value your sanity, please go somewhere else for your shipping needs.
I could go on. And I will.
But in the spirit of succinctness, I’ll limit myself to my largest issue. It’s my largest, because it’s also the easiest to solve (if providing good customer service was at all something this facility was interested in providing): Don’t require customers with packages that are labeled in full, and that do not require a receipt to wait in line behind customers that do need assistance. I cannot count how many times I’ve waited for ten (sometimes more) minutes to then hand a ground labeled package or envelope to a clerk. An action that literally takes less than one second to perform.
The blithe response to this issue given by the customer service representative was experienced by myself and two others during my most recent visit to this facility. I can only imagine this happens daily.
I can completely understand needing to care for customers in order, but you can scan my package after helping them. Just don’t make me wait ten minutes for literally nothing.
I’ll also include the words of the customer behind me in line (who coincidentally was in my same scenario): «This place is terrible».

I can understand being busy and not being staffed accordingly. But when I’m told by one employee that another one will help me shortly, I wait patiently. until my patience is tested and I’ve yet to be acknowledged by the employee that’s supposed to be helping me nor the original. So I decide to leave. Am I acknowledged as I’m struggling to pick up the stacks of paper I have and dropping them on the floor? Nah. Thanks for nothing Fed Ex.
The One star, although required, goes out to the original employee who, considering the circumstance, gave the better service. Thank you for trying.
This was my second negative experience with this location resulting in my uncontrollable need to leave a review.
Went to the location off 79… Will continue to do business there!

By far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any print shop. They had a complete disregard with my money by making me pay for their errors and misprints when they are experimenting on the «self-​service» printers.
The customer service was just plain bad. They were condescending, lethargic, and careless towards my needs.
I needed business to happen… but this place just made my day worse.

Basically this is the least helpful kinkos I have ever been to. All I needed to do was have 20 invitations printed out on card stock. One lady had no clue how to even do it and then the girl who looked like she might be knowledgable didn’t even move from her spot and only said ‘go online and upload it and start an order.’
I’ve gone into kinkos plenty of times, emailed them my file and had it printed on the spot.
I finally left when I realized that neither employee was interested in helping or in my business. I’ll go to Costco, thanks.
