Finish Line Taxi

It would have honestly been 0 stars if it was possible. First of all, I called at 2:30pm to schedule a pick up for 5:30. The guy seemed distracted when I was trying to give him the address. I got call at 5pm because he wanted to confirm the pick up address again. I asked for a car seat because there was a second stop to pick up my nephew. But when he picked me up, he didn’t have one and told me to just use the regular seat belt for my 4 year old nephew or just hold him. The driver claimed that he was gonna pick up a car seat from a different taxi but he would have been 15 minutes late. The school had called prior to this because he was sick all of a sudden and had a fever so I didn’t have a choice and our destination from the school to the house was only about 1 – 2 miles away. A normal $ 18.50 turned into a $ 33 ride because he didn’t follow my instructions as to where to go. I think he deliberately got us lost so the charge can be higher. My first suspicion of him trying to stall and get more money is when his car door was broken and it took about 2 – 3 minutes trying to open it. His name is David btw. I was honestly scared for my life for a moment because I didn’t know where he was taking us. When he made a u turn, he didn’t tried to reach a point to make a safe u turn. He just haphazardly made a u turn in the middle of the road where you’re clearly not supposed to make a u turn. Very poor and dangerous driving and awful listening skills. When we reached our final destination he told I can pay him $ 25. I wouldn’t have agreed to it because it was normally an $ 18 or so ride but I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with the driver, I just wanted my nephew and I out of that car. I highly would not recommend this taxi service ever.

Called 1.5 hours before pick up to set up a time for pick up and after being there late, I called and driver said he would be there on time but when I said it was already passed the time, the driver said his clock was an hour behind. For someone who is a taxi, you should have the correct time. We are now late for our appointment.

When we were dumped without warning by Menifee Taxi, I called Finish Line Taxi and explained the crazy scenario that had just happened to me and my 14 year old son, where Menifee Taxi decided in the middle of the ride that he wasn’t going to take us to our destination, and turned around to take us home!!!
We were just sitting in the back, minding our own business (as he complained about how far he had to drive even though we had already been on the same trip with someone else from that company) and he suddenly announced that he would not take us home. Then he said not only would he not take us home from the grocery store, he wouldn’t take us there and proceeded to turn around. I said, «STOP!!! LET US OUT», and we got out of that taxi.
Fortunately, I had Finish Line Taxi’s phone number in my non-​smart phone because I had planned on calling them before but had ended up with Menifee Taxi. Thank heaven I had their phone number!
I called Finish Line Taxi in a state of trauma and extreme upset, explained what had just happened and that we were dumped unexpectedly near the grocery store, and would they be able to pick us up and take us home?
They could not have been nicer or more professional. Not only did they pick us up exactly when they said they would after we did our shopping, they helped load the groceries in the back, and helped take the groceries to the house when we got home.
On top of all of that, they only charged us a fraction of what the usual price would have been, and did so out of compassion for what had happened to us with Menifee Taxi. They were WONDERFUL, KIND, CONSIDERATE, AND PROFESSIONAL.
They restored my faith in humans after our shocking, traumatic experience with the psycho at Menifee Taxi. I do want to say that Aisha and her son of Menifee Taxi were kind, but that man who works for Aisha is one scary nightmare.

He had a meter that was messed up because he charged us double what the other taxi did laaaaaaame

Nick was the greatest driver ever. He picked is up from Rodeway Inn and took us to the Mount Paloma winery. He was cool and was able to drive us back to Pachanga Casino. I definitely recommend him.

This taxi is amazing, Not only are they reliable, friendly and clean but they do wine tours! Having the option of taking a larger group to any winery of our choosing is a huge bonus, plus it was the most economical option as well. I highly recommend this taxi service above all. I use them every time I need a ride.
