I really like buying my fish and corals here. Vince is great and whatever he doesn’t have he can get you quickly. I have found that the fish I buy here always seem to be healthier and much better eaters.

Went in the store yesterday to check out the stock. The young man working with Vince is very polite and knowledgable (I know little about fish). The store was neat and the tanks were clear. I’ve been to other stores where the tanks were somewhat covered in algae, which is slightly distracting. We thought we needed a new pump but learned that we should try blowing ours out first as it may just be stuck with sediment. So, instead of being sold a new one that we may not have needed (turned out we didn’t) we left with a new fish! Awesome that we were able to fix the existing pump… we had NO idea. Thank you!!!

I’ve been going to fish frenzy for a while now. Vince the owner is a good guy. I think that other reviewer Justin is a nut especially after reading a similar review he wrote about Toyota of Escondido.
Fish frenzy has a small but decent selection of corals. The frags are in my opinion all probably $ 5 — $ 10 over priced though, but that’s compared to other fish stores in the county that I shop at. Again that’s my opinion.
Now why the 3 star rating instead of 5.
Pretty much all fish — reef stores around here will do some bargaining on fish and corals that are overpriced. Vince used to but not anymore which is a bummer. At least that’s what his female employee told me.
I know he might respond that his prices are the lowest around, but I’ve been going to reef stores for nearly 20 years and his prices are in the high range for the frags he sells.
All in all, I may shop there again but probably not. There are to many other fish stores around that will bargain to a fair price.

We just discovered this gem of a fish store. We’ve had an exotic fish tank for years and are so pumped to know we can get some awesome fish in our own town. The owner Vince is very knowledgable and treated us like family after we had a mishap with our home tank. Would definitely recommend this fish store above any we’ve patronized over the years. Thanks Vince for turning our bummer into a blessing

Went to get some lake tanganyika fish and some rocks owner Vince was vary helpful he didn’t have what I wanted but said he could order the fish my wife found one he had in stock so we got it

I visited this store today. I was greeted by the owner Vince who helped by walking me thru the store and answering all of my questions I had. Once I made it to the back of the store he backed off a little and stayed nearby in case I had more questions, which I did. Customer service was perfect and he was knowledgeable. The aquariums looks very clean and disease free. Also for this area (Inland Empire) the prices were fair if not lower than the surrounding aquarium/fish stores alike.
Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the size of the store. I would have liked to seen a little bit more selection. Don’t take me wrong he had pretty much anything I would need just put in to a smaller box. Very clean too! Oh and one last thing. He had a descent amount of used items like skimmers and pumps etc… which is great because we all know how the consumer gets ripped off in the aquarium world.
