Fox Racing Clothing

Popped in here while my wife was having her watch sized.
They were having a great sale, 50% off all long sleeved items. this included shirts, technical apparel, jackets, and even some sweat pants.
I picked up a jacked and a flannel. my wife got a waffle knit long sleeved t and a hoodie.
Sales staff was nice, checked up on us, but weren’t too pushy or aggressive.
With the price tag that Fox brings with it, it was nice to be able to get a sizable discount on some merchandise.
Will go back again, but only for the next sale.

Love this place. Management staff are super friendly and legit and the main staff are helpful as well. No complaints. Especially after the extremely disturbing experience we had with a male customer who showed up and started screaming at the manager.
He demanded that a dirty pair of shoes he bought be returned. The manager said that she would try to see if there was a way she could return them and for no reason he started cussing at her and making demands. At this point you are starting to scare my children my wife and the manager and her coworker. At this point the manager nicely turned around and asked him to go to another store.
Just to be clear I was afraid for the safety of my children and the coworkers and was about ready to escort this gentleman off the property. I did make a formal complaint with the security office who said that when they find him they will make sure that he is not allowed to return to that Fox store. I would also like to note that his wife is writing reviews and making complaints about the store and the staff and talks about how she was the one doing the return and the manager threw shoes at him. To be very clear she was never in the store and the only person who threw the shoes at anybody was the guy throwing them at the manager. There is camera footage of the entire event proving that she was never in the store but everybody’s body language was that of people who were disturbed by the guy and that he was the one pushing shoes in peoples faces.
I ask that everyone disregard that review and make their own determinations on the staff. I am in no way affiliated with Fox clothing nor am I an employee of theirs nor do I work for any of their suppliers. I am simply a self employed security companies owner who was attending the store after Christmas for the sales. I’m extremely satisfied with the store and its staff and how the manager handles herself in this situation. Because I sure you if it was me I would not have been so nice with the guy.

Just came in here to buy a jacket. Never once were we greeted or approached by any of the sales associates. They were too busy laughing obnoxiously and joking around with each other to notice us. They kept looking at us but never said anything. We walked out, without buying anything. And will not be returning due to the lack of customer service.
