Management here really needs to get their shit together. 1 server at 9pm, really? My foods been sitting waiting for it to be served for like 15min. Too cheap to pay an extra $ 8 per hour for a server, really?

Not bad. Everything was fine. Service was good. Food came out as we ordered it, and pretty quickly. This place was pretty busy when we came for breakfast. I have not been to many other locations so I don’t have any thing to compare it to. The server was good and very attentive coming by periodically to fill out glasses and ask if we needed anything. The mozzarella sticks we ordered we AMaZINg. Super fat and gooey on the inside and crunchy on the outside. You only get 5 stick though, which sucks. Of you’re coming with your family and everyone loves cheese sticks I would suggest getting 2 orders(yea I’m a fatty I know). The omelettes are good, nothing to rave about though. Pancakes and waggles are perfect if you’ve got a sweet tooth! In fact it is super hard to finish a stack of 3 cakes. Sooo filling!

We had the pleasure of eating at Ihop the other day with our grandsons. Our waitresses Melissa was AMAZING! ! She was very busy with many other tables & yet she made us feel like we were her only table. Her service was AMAZING. She was funny… articulate & made us feel special! Which was extraordinary considering it was Ihop. We will definately be coming back to this restaurant.. butt only if we can have her as our server! 5***s for her and the great service we received!

My kids love pancakes, so every two weeks or so we end up at this place. You know what your getting, it’s not gourmet… but the servers are always friendly and welcome and the food comes hot and easy to eat. However… their bathrooms are never, never clean and bottom line(pun intended) that is gross. I’ve mention it twice now to the staff, time to get that taken care of!

Good customer service except for the wait. It took over 30 min to get a simple breakfast.

Not bad. Of course, everything tastes better when you do tough mudder, but my group and I were all hungry. So many chain stores around here, but because one of the guys loves breakfast, we stationed here. I was very hungry, so, I ordered the Big Monster Burger, or whatever it was called. The service was great, but, being a Sunday afternoon, not a lot of people were here. The burger came out, although I recall the waiter never asked how I wanted it cooked. It was cooked well done, which sucked, but I ate it anyway. Not much fries on the plate. The burger was not that big and the fries were eh. Like all chains, you get what you paid for, but I still ate the whole thing covered in ketchup and some hot sauce. For ten bucks, I believe I could of ordered a 4×4 at In-In-Out and have been much more satisfied with the meal. Overall: Great service, Ok food, Good price. It’s IHOP!!!

Visited here two times. First time, everything was classic IHOP. Service and food great! Today? Not a chance! I asked the waitress if they still had the all you can eat pancakes. She replied«of course not !!» As if I’m supposed to remember their ads. Then I asked for sugar free syrup and boysenberry syrup and she laughed at me!!! I’m sorry, I don’t find my ordering funny. Nor, do I have to explain it to her. The reason is, I can have less sugar and two kinds of syrup and not go into diabetic shock just from eating some pancakes. Either way, I usually give a restaurant 3 tries. Not sure this place deserves it.

Have gone there twice, great prices although the first time we got our egg raw and my boyfriend didnt even want too eat it. Then the second time we had to ask our waitress twice before getting our hot sauce and that took 10 minutes. Just the specials prices get the second store. Dislike everything else

We decided to eat there tonight just to relax. It was Friday about 7:45 p.m. when we were seated. Our waitress, Katrina, came right over and took our drink orders and brought them back in a reasonable amount of time. That was the last time you will hear that phrase from me. We waited almost 20 minutes for her to take our order. We watched her running around between tables and the cash register. You would think it was busy, but you would be wrong. All together, there were 8 tables, all on one side of the restaurant, and there was another waitress working on at least 4 of them. When we placed our order, my husband had the California Scramble and I had the Bananas Foster Brioche French Toast. They looked great in the pictures. The California Scramble had sliced avocado and what looked like fresh pico de gallo on it, along with hash browns and pancakes. The Bananas Foster had 3 slices of French toast with sliced bananas and whipped cream on top of the sauce. In reality, the California Scramble was a pathetic looking blob of scrambled eggs smothered with runny salsa from a jar, the avocado slices were in a lump, and the hash browns were cut in a square and overcooked on both sides. The Bananas Foster was 3 pieces of French toast and exactly 5 thin slices of banana on top. That’s not even two per slice! It was completely missing the whipped cream, and the sauce was almost non-existent. I took pictures to share with our family and friends. I realize that Katrina was not at fault for the cooking, but she only came by one time to check on us. My husband asked for a refill on his hot chocolate and she brought it and disappeared. We finished our meal and waited over 10 minutes to get our bill. She mentioned that she saw us «rubber-necking» and were we ready to go. Yeah, we were ready. It was now an hour since we came in to grab a quick meal. So, basically, the food tasted good but was not as it was advertised and the service was horrible. The whole experience there was so much worse than it used to be.

It’s a shame because we usually eat at this IHOP once a month for breakfast. This last time, I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette. I was lucky it came with a lot of sauce which caused me to push it aside. As I was pushing the sauce aside, I noticed a clump of hair in my omelette. Of course I lost my appetite. Our meal was free after that, not that we finished anything after finding that.

I love going to IHOP just for their buttermilk pancakes. I never have problems with the service although it does take longer for our food to come out. Only reason why I’m upset now is we had ordered to go. Pick up food to come home with no syrup after asking for extra. Now here I am calling to talk to the manager and get either a busy signal or no answer. I have been trying to call for the past hr and still no luck. I hate to say this but I don’t think I will dining in IHOP for while.

We order breakfast from here probably once a month. It’s usually super convenient to call ahead and pick it up. We have a baby, and like all babies, she has her moments. I don’t want to subject someone who just wants to enjoy their breakfast to a screaming baby so it’s safest to get it to go and eat it at home. The food is always great, big portion sizes and they always read back what you order and double check before you leave so there are never any mistakes. My only complaint is that on the weekends they do not answer the phone so you can’t call ahead. Today we tried calling a million times and no answer. Pretty sure whoever is working the front doesn’t want to deal with phone calls and just picks it up and puts it on hold so it doesn’t ring and doesn’t annoy them. Today when hubby went and ordered inside and picked it up there were a few other people complaining about no-one answering. Someone came out of the back he said and asked the girl in the front why she wasn’t answering it was ringing off the hook. She just stood there like a deer in headlights and played dumb. Aside from that this is a pretty good IHOP for breakfast.

What can you say… its I Hop. Breakfast foods are good, but we try to stay away from the rest of the menu. Its hard to mess up breakfast. We have tried a few of the lunch and dinner items but they were not very good. Always seems empty when we go. Staff is nice and food comes out quick. Tuesdays and Thursday the kids eat free!

Environment — inviting. Waitresses always welcoming with a warm smile and great attitude. Drinks were served immediately upon being seated. Seating could be cleaner as I found my booth seat with what was either salt or sugar. Food/Drinks — I have had various foods here. The crepes are delicious. I had the stuffed french toast, which I was not fond of. For some reason, the breading for it was dry. I had the brioche with berries this time. It was soft and tasty as are the waffles and pancakes. My eggs and hash browns were cooked just the way I liked them. I wish they could provide more seasonal fruits when a small serving of fresh fruits is ordered. It would seem only the grapes were sweet. The orange juice is legit, freshly squeezed and not from a container. The sandwiches are heavenly and very fulfilling. I am partial to very sweet foods so I am not one to order something that I may think would be overly sweet. Service — I noticed if ordering something small, you will receive your food quicker than those who are having meals. Patience is a must during busy hours. Overall — I still come here with family. Food and drinks are great overall. Little things could have some work but nothing too serious, nothing which would make me reconsider this place.

whenever i come here, it’s usually with my family for sunday brunch. i always order the exact same thing every time(there are just certain spots where i don’t want to try anything else cuz i feel like i picked a winner; you can’t blame me for not changing a winning formula). the servers for the most part have been there for years it seems because they all remember my order since it’s never changed over the last 8 – 10 years haha: international passport(swedish) crepes, eggs over-medium, and a coffee. they’re always very friendly and pretty fast about getting your orders in, checking in on us, dropping off the check, and even off-shoot tasks while we’re dining like getting more napkins or more flavored creamer for the coffees. the only thing i would say is that sometimes they’ve gotten my family’s orders wrong(most recently last sunday!) which is a bit unfortunate: either ordering the wrong dish completely(chicken instead of steak) or forgetting certain changes(wheat toast instead of pancakes) or something as simple as an extra plate(some of their dishes large enough that my mom will order it and split it with my sister). we’re usually pretty easy-going about it, since we just take the time at the table to catch up on conversation as it’s seldom that all 5 of us are in the same space. this is where i usually throw in the whole«this is why i always order the same thing» comment– because it’s nearly impossible to get that order wrong if that’s all i’ve gotten for the last 8 – 10 years. *sunday brunch is always a heavy traffic time so be prepared to wait a little if you get there during that time. at least you can enjoy the balloon animal artists make their rounds and enjoy all the different creations they can make. –civilities.

We have patronized this restaurant for over 10 years and last night will probably be the last time we eat there. We noticed there were 2 new waitresses. It was a little busy, which we were surprised considering it was a Thursday night. We were seated promptly but waited for 25 minutes before our waitress Katrina took our order. It seemed it took just as long to get our food. Other customers who came in after us were served first. Food was okay. Katrina was not attentive — we never got our drinks refilled — horrible service! She claimed she was stuck at the cash register. We miss the excellent service we had enjoyed with previous waiters & waitresses. I wonder if they had undergone a management change. Nevertheless, it was a a very bad experience at IHOP — the first in over 10 years. It’s such a shame!

Great IHOP food as usual. However, the staff was fighting in clear view of customers. Very unprofessional. Also, no one would bring my gravy. I finished my chicken and mash potatoes without the gravy. We were just looking for a quick dinner before we went shopping at Walmart and picked this over apple bees. More than likely I will not visit this IHOP location in the future.

Waited for 15 mins with a party of 2. The party after us was sat first after she gave up her spot. Also a party of 2. Then we sat on the«kids» side and had to listen to this little boy whine and cry. My son and I sat there for about 15 mins. My son colored while we waited then my pancakes came out 10 to 15 mins after the rest of my combo. Server was slow on that side. Went to use the restroom and on the other side the server was working her butt off!

We were seated really fast, but after that they didn’t check on us for 15 minutes we tried flagging down several waiters and waitresses so we left in a huff. TERRIBLESERVICE!
