Infinium Pools and Construction

Korry with infinium pools is great. He was on time with all of his appointments and did a great job managing his crew. They worked fast and had our pool completed before the summer started and the finished pool and concrete look good enough to be featured in a magazine. Their prices were on the lower end when compared to other reputable landscape construction companies. I’ve already referred 2 friends and they have both reported similar experiences.

Infinium did a big remodel on our back yard with some clean up modifications in the front. Everything came out looking awesome. The guys doing the work were very considerate and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. They even went the extra mile in a couple of spots to make everything look seamless, even though it wasn’t part of the original contract.
Kory and his crew are top notch, I recommend them to anyone looking to get their yard updated.

I don’t take pleasure writing a negative review but I feel I must. Last week I contacted Infinium with a simple question that I needed to get answered/​resolved before a large Thanksgiving gathering at my home. The job foreman Rick dismissed my concern and that was the last straw. Infinium Pools and Construction let me down for the last time.
We initially met with Kory (owner) to get a bid for our project. His bid came in very close to the other bids we received but we chose him because he was a nice guy. The job was supposed to take 8 – 12 weeks to complete. This was in October 2014 and here we are December 2015 and its still incomplete.
*The communication is awful. Questions are left unanswered or completely ignored.
*The job has been an ongoing series of blunders that started early but I just wrote it off to «stuff happens».
*Ignored phone calls, long lists of excuses ranging from my battery died to I forgot…
*Infinium Pools and Construction has no respect for the time of it’s customers. They tell you they will be there and no one shows up (for days). Then when you least expect it someone shows up unannounced.
*Customers live in a constant state of uncertainty whether something will get done today, tomorrow, this week…
*The last few months I have been forced to go to the various suppliers that Infinium Pools and Construction uses to attempt to seek out solutions to correct the many blunders and I have learned they are not held in high regard.
*They seem to have a difficult time with landscape related tasks (Netafim, Trees…)
*Recently Infinium’s new job foreman Rick had the crew re-​plant some trees due to improperly planting them in the first place. Well, one of the trees died, so I called Rick and told him and he told me he would send someone out in the next day. This was two weeks ago today. No call, no show.
* The electrical cords for low voltage landscape lighting are run OVER the paver borders — Really?
The list goes on and on.
Bottom line:
*Infinium Pools and Construction does not respect your time.
*The crews are hard working people that do not seem get good/​accurate marching instructions.
*Zero accountability
*No quality control when any phase is completed
*Sloppy workmanship
*The big stuff is done at an acceptable level but the details and finish work leave much to be desired
Obviously if I had to do it all over again I would not use Infinium Pools and Construction. If you are considering using them, please contact me and I will provide a complete list.

I had my bathroom remodeled and there was a lot of problems and issues to deal with but Kory took care of everything and in the end it was well worth it another job well done by Infinium Construction I highly recommend them, they are very professional and affordable no monkey business.

Well, I am one not to post bad news toward any company but I am at the end of my rope. We want to have some pavers installed in the back yard. I contacted Kory and he came out to our house. We had a very nice conversation. Kory gave us a great quote and we really liked his personality.
The problem is that we did not hear from him after that visit so we waited and waited. I finally e mailed him and he got back to me. We waited again and for awhile because we didn’t want to seem to pushy. He finally sent a quote and set us up for a date to have the install done. We postponed our plans for that Friday-​Sunday. He never showed up or called or not even an e mail. That is a bad business and we are very disappointed. So it is back to the drawing board and all that time wasted waiting on Kory. I would love to know what the deal is but oh well I will start looking for someone else.

Having done backyard or home construction done on my home on 3 different occasions, Kory and his men have been my favorite. It’s been nearly a year since they completed the job and everything so far still looks great. Now there a minor items that need some attention but he’s responded and looks to resolve them. I will recommend them to anyone.

Infinium Construction was great to work with! Kory went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything each step of the way. They did our entire backyard: built in BBQ, paver patio, electrical work, fountain install, and all softscape. We also had our front steps redone with pavers and the driveway extended. The inspector for the county said that these guys did better electrical work than he’d seen actual electricians do! All of Kory’s guys were great and were so professional every time I went outside and asked if I could change something. I would highly recommend Infinium Construction!

We called Infinium Construction for a concrete patio and walkways in our new home. We called three different companies for quotes, boy was that interesting as to how the quote’s were given– one guy wrote his quote on the back of a tattered business card, another guy argued with my husband about his needs. Kory came out and worked with my husbands needs. When we received the quote was very professional and the price was GREAT. The truck arrived on time and it was poured very quickly, the crew worked very hard to do the finishing and did a fantastic job. The clean up was great.

We hired Infinium construction for our complete backyard makeover. We could not be happier. Kory the owner came to give us a quote and immediately my husband and I felt confident that he would do a good job. When we asked questions you could almost see the wheels turning, Kory doesn’t just throw out an answer he explains and really works with you to get what you want for a price you can afford. Kory got back to us in a couple days with a complete computer drawing and itemized list with the prices, there was no hidden cost everything black and white and he did NOT go over budget!!! As far as the workers. Amazing. Right on time, hard workers (it is 100 degrees and they don’t stop moving), work fast and do things right. Every single guy was so nice and did a great job. Any questions or concerns we had were address right away. The whole Infinium crew makes you feel like your job is top priority, there is no waiting around for answers. Now the backyard is done. My vision has come to life. I handed this man a piece of of notebook paper with a terrible sketch and Infinium made it a reality. We are so happy with Infinium and you will be too.
