My sisters and I hired Chef Jillian for my other sisters Bachelorette Party. Jillian provided brunch, apps and dinner for us. She was very professional, fun and made a very memorable and DELICIOUS day that we still talk about. If we find ourselves back in Temecula (or in that area) we will for sure be using Chef Jillian again!

Jillian cooked for our extended family reunion of two families last Christmas: total 17 adults and 4 kids, and it was absolutely fabulous! The food was delicious! We had tuna tartare, tri tip, a roasted pepper soup, and a really sumptuous chocolate dessert! And even though the kitchen in the rented holiday home was very dated and sparse, Jillian managed to churn out so much yummy food! I would definitely book Jillian next time I’m in CA as I’m really looking forward to trying other dishes from her kitchen! Also her pricing was most reasonable considering she cooked for us on Christmas Eve! She was super accommodating and helped us buy and marinade meats for our Christmad poolside BBQ at cost! Highly recommend this top-​notch chef!

Chef Jillian Fae orchestrated a 5-​Star dinner party for my mother’s 80^th birthday in December.
Chef Jillian provided complete services from menu planning, grocery shopping, the hiring of
a server, culinary services and kitchen clean up. Her positive attitude and delightful demeanor
made this memorable evening stress– free and enjoyable. Each course was plated beautifully
and savored by each guest. My mother is still talking about this dinner party that was fit for
a queen!

Jillian was excellent! We had a whole day of food prepared by her, and all of it was amazing. She was also very nice and accommodating and went out of her way to make us happy.

My cousins hired Jillian for a girls trip and we were lucky enough to get her for 2 meals, breakfast and dinner. They were both 2 of the best meals I have had! She is professional & fun and went above and beyond!

I wanted to do something special for my husband’s 50^th birthday so I invited a few couples over and hired personal chef, Jillian, to cook for us. She exceeded all my expectations! Not only was her meal absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly but she was friendly and very professional as well. I will definitely use her again and would highly recommend her!

My sister and I hired Chef Jillian for our parents 30^th wedding anniversary. We had a formal dinner for 30 guests. She was super easy to work with and her rate was great. She worked with my sister and I to come up with 3 courses. Her and her chef assistant Erin were so nice! Also I forgot to tell her until the night of the party that we had 2 guests with a Nut allergy and she was able to accommodate them, which was so nice! The food was amazing. My parents and guests loved everything. I will definitely use her services again in the future.

Loved Jillian. She is personable and very professional. She prepared what I requested for my small party of 6. She prepared a 4 course meal which was excellently done. Koodos to her!

I hired Chef Jillian to prepare a meal for 10 incorporating the fish we were to catch. We caught nothing, and Jillian was prepared with a backup tri tip. She was professional, pleasant, on-​time, and best of the food was incredible. The barbecued veges were the best I have ever had. I would happily hire Chef Jillian again. Thank you Chef!

We hired Jillian to cater a fourteen person birthday dinner and she performed better than any of us could have expected. Everything from the planning, to the preparation and the to the meal itself was exceptional. She was extremely accommodating with how much we were willing to spend and to the vegetarians in our group. I highly recommend her and we will definitely be using her again!

Went to a friend’s dinner party where Jill was the chef and it was absolutely AMAZING! Every course just got better and better! If you are looking for someone to come cook you a wonderful meal she is the one! Can’t wait to use her services again!

After seeing all the 5 star reviews I’m not surprised one bit! Jill is THE BOMB! I had a dinner party Saturday with 4 girlfriends and it exceeded all my expectations for sure… and my girlfriends were so impressed! She was so organized, clean, timing was perfect for each course, food was absolutely delicious and when she left my kitchen was spotless! I never take time to post reviews… but Jillian is so deserving of any and all positive advertising I couldn’t help myself. I have been using Jillian the past few months now as my personal chef. Every Tuesday she arrives with all her equipment and groceries, ready to get to work. I can’t tell you how good the house smells on Tuesday from the aroma of all the food she makes.
She has been very responsive to my families dietary needs as well as our taste buds. She prepares a menu filled with variety and great taste. She has also been more then happy to take my request for certain meals. After she prepares each meal she packages them in vacu-​seal bags to keep the food fresh but it also makes it super easy to warm the food.
The food has been great but what is best about Jillian is that she is excited about her job and her food. She has lots of passion that comes out in her food, and she is excited about what she does. I highly recommend that you hire Jillian if you are looking for a chef.

My husband hired Jillian to prepare a gourmet meal for our 25^th anniversary. The remote location we chose presented the added challenge for Jillian to prepare the entire meal in the limited facilities of our RV. We were blown away by the food that came out of that tiny kitchen. Each of the four courses was fabulous.
Jillian was a joy to work with preparing the menu and even surprised us with a first class table setting to make our special day that much more special. Thanks Jill!

Jillian is everything I had hoped for and more. I cook. I LOVE to cook. I am a good cook. (Like many of you reading this!!!) I graduated from Cornell’s Hotel School. But this particular event was more than I wanted to tackle — a relatively formal Lenox and Waterford dinner for 10. I wanted to spend time with my guests — not in the kitchen.
Jillian exceeded my expectations in every way. From the first pre-​planning meeting where we talked about menu ideas, to changing the menu a couple days before our dinner when I was told by a guest she could not eat what I had planned (roasted pork loin), to helping serve, to being a gracious sport as everyone asked about her background while we were eating.
OH — AND THE FOOD… perfect in every detail. The presentation was delightful. The flavors, seasonings and portions — perfect! Everyone oohed and ahhed and I did too — because I was able to join my guests and not even think about what was going on in the kitchen. Jillian buys all the food, brings all of her own equipment to prep and cook everything. And cleans up at the end of the meal.
And she does it all with a touch of humbleness (not a trait of most cooks/​chefs!), thoughtfulness and genuine care that it all comes off well!

Absolutely Amazing!
I contacted Jillian to see about having her put on a brunch for Mothers day. From the beginning the entire interactions with Jillian was professional.
The meal was a brunch that was yummy… we had eggs, 2 different kinds of french toast, bacon, sausage, and home potatoes. The food was superb.
There were 11 people that were served family style and all the linens, condiments, food, cooking vessels were provided by Jillian.
I was a little hesitant to have a stranger come over and cook for all the moms on Mother’s Day of all days but we had the BEST Mother’s Day brunch we’ve ever had. Jillian was wonderful to work with and her food was excellently prepared.
Given it to do again… I’d do it exactly the same. When we have an opportunity to have a Chef come out, Jillian will get the first call.

I hired Jillian to do a cooking lesson and prepare a meal for myself and six girlfriends for my bachelorette party. It was a WONDERFUL experience. From the beginning Jillian was incredibly responsive and accommodating — a rarity today I have come to find in all this wedding planning. She planned a great menu, did all the shopping, and even printed out menus for us.
As we were planning she suggested we do a lesson around appetizers which we could then enjoy while she prepared our meal. It all turned out wonderfully. She showed up completely prepared and I did not have to worry about a thing. The lesson was fun and interactive and the meal she prepared was phenomenal.
I would absolutely hire Jillian again for future needs!!!

Jan 19^th is my girlfriend’s birthday. Unfortunately during a run on ¹⁄₁₁ my girlfriend broke her ankle. After a few days of contemplating and coming to terms with the situation, all birthday plans were cancelled. I was not about to let this birthday be spent at home feeling down because of a bum ankle, so I contacted Jillian. She confirmed her availability and we quickly agreed on a menu.
Fast forward to today. She showed up a few hours early and soon after our house smelled so great. We knew we were in for a treat. All 4 courses she served were delicious. Everything cooked and prepared perfectly.
Prices were fair and Jillian herself is very nice and personable. I was kinda concerned that it would be odd having smebody I don’t know over and cooking, but she was so nice that it was a complete non issue.
I will be telling all my friends and anybody who might need a service like hers about how much we enjoyed our dinner Jillian prepared for us. I also think we will be in contact with her again to make future arrangements.

I hired Jillian to cater my friend’s bridal shower and my family Christmas Eve party. For the bridal shower, she created a unique menu of about five different delicious appetizers, a unique fruit salad, and a cheese plate — everyone LOVED the food. My favorite was the short rib and polenta appetizer. For Christmas Eve she impressed my whole family with a turkey roulade and brisket, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts and green bean casserole. She is professional, well-​prepared, brings everything I need, and gets me tons of compliments! I can’t recommend her enough.

Such a great chef! Jill prepared food for my baby shower, with a party of 25 people. With her helpful suggestions and alternatives, I chose the menu for the day. She did the grocery shopping for us, arrived a few hours early before the shower, made most everything fresh right there in our kitchen, and had everything beautifully presented by the time the guests arrived. The food was absolutely delicious! She was very professional and a pleasure to have around. I would highly recommend her for a private party chef. Thanks so much Jill!
