As a State Farm Agent since 2005. I have 11 years of insurance industry experience, I am humbled to be able to support this community. My office forges relationships with local businesses to position us as a resource for those new to the Valley through networking organizations and Rotary.

I serve on the Board of Directors for Rancho Damacitas and The Old Town Temecula Association (OTTA).

When something goes wrong, that is when you want to know you are covered. Since I work with insurance claims everyday it is rare to find both a company and insurance agent who make sure to take care of the customer. State Farm is always on top of the claims and gets to the customer quickly. Julie Ngo is one of the few agents who actually helps her clients through the claims process. Most agents just refer people to a 1 – 800 number. It is refreshing to see an agent who cares and work hard for every client.

I have been using Julie ngo State Farm for 10 – 12 years I think, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
We had liability insurance only on my sons car. he was in a Terrible accident (not his fault, although I didn’t know that at the time, so of course that meant we had no insurance) but either way, I was only 15 min from where he was and while rushing there, I called julie on my way to the accident to let her know. I arrived in a panic and what do I see., julie there talking calmly to my son and then to the police officer and other party. She did not tell me she was going but she did ask me where he was. That is just one example of her unselfish, customer service. She realized quickly it was not his fault which meant no Statefarm claim but she stayed and afterwards followed up several times.
I have always had the best experience going into her office as well, always cheerful, always willing to help and always customer service oriented !!!

I have been with this agency for 3 years. These past few months I have horrible. Bi Weekly notices for payment changes, forgotten calls made weeks prior. They do not seem to know what is going on. Disgusted with the unprofessional, rude staff. And it seems I am not the only one noticing these down hill changes. Business is better of elsewhere.

No notification on rate hikes and she can’t explain why when called. Won’t return calls when needed information. Paid for uninsured motorist for off road vehicle that wasn’t covered for off road use… very poor advice.

I’m an independent insurance agent who could write my own home and auto policy for cheap. But I stay with Julie Ngo State Farm Agent because of the level of service and generous payout I received from State Farm when my auto was totaled. State Farm also represented my teen age son in a law suit for a near miss accident. State Farm was supportive and reassuring during the entire long process. Julie Ngo’s level of compassion and concern for her clients is exceptional.

Rate changes without notice. Sub standard customer service. $ 50.00 jump in premium after I was assured a certain amount. Check around and you will find they are very high. Call me for a reference.

Having had many agents and companies over the years, I can say without hesitation that State Farm and Julie are the class of the insurance business. Julie has been my agent for a few years now, and she makes herself available by cell phone 24 – 7. She has handled all of my issues quickly and efficiently. Her office staff has the knowledge to handle anything. They are friendly and I love to stop by the office just to say hello to them. You are crazy to go anywhere else. I love my Julie!

Wow! So grateful for Julie’s recommendation to include our older model Nissan for collision coverage. We would have been stranded as a result of my recent accident. She was able to process the claim and get us a substantial payout to help me get into another car within a week. Great job Julie… i’m a fan!
