Renee is pretty much the most unprofessional and insensitive person I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity of meeting. I brought two keepsake items here that are priceless to me here to be personalized. Upon picking the items up I see they Misspelled my daughters name wrong, so not only did they make a mistake they refused to take responsibility for it!
After me having to pretty much hunt Renee down with multiple calls and stopping by 3 times this woman told me she would pay me for how much it cost, ONLY if I gave her the item in return. Because in her exact words, «What’s in it for her to replace my ruined items?» Like I said this item was priceless! There’s no way I would give it to anyone for even thousands of dollars! And after telling me this she hangs up on me.
BOTTOM LINE!!! These people should not be in business. I’m a small business owner myself and I realize you can’t make everyone happy and mistakes happen but her attitude and nastiness was beyond upsetting. Do not spend your money or time dealing with this disgusting person. Go to your nearest dry cleaner and get treated like an actual person.

It is nice having a local business that you can communicate with face to face when you are trying to get a personalized project completed.
Renee and her staff went above and beyond for our team when it came to ordering a personalized jacket for our team end of season party.
Before shopping local we tried to order a product on line and have it shipped. Our order ended up getting lost in transit and was not going to make it in time. We contacted Renee and she helped us pick out a great product that she confirmed was in stock and she promised her staff would get our jackets personalized before our very tight deadline.
Not only did we receive the entire order in time, but we ended up getting a much better product than we originally tried to order.
If you are looking for any type of team apparel or need any item personalized I highly recommend that you stop in and say hello to Renee and her awesome team.

This place is a joke! Ordered a letterman jacket had all the artwork everything ready to go. 2 months later got the jacket and everything was wrong from the lettering to the logo. They had all the artwork and paperwork and it was like they decided to do what they wanted instead of what we ordered. So we reordered the jacket 6 weeks later get and its still wrong. You pay almost $ 500 for a jacket and they can’t even get it right. These people are incompetent. Use another place!

This place is terrible. I ordered a jacket and they said it would take about 6 weeks. 6 weeks later I never got a phone call about the jacket. So I gave them a call on the 7^th week. It turns out that they’d never even started the jacket.

We just got my son’s swim parka embroidered & I couldn’t be happier with the end result! It’s beautiful! It’s a little nerve wracking handing over a $ 150 parka, but I felt comfortable & safe with Ramon. He did such an amazing job. I’m definitely telling all the high school parents about Let’s Get Personal.

I’ve used lets get personal many times over the past few years. They are always helpful and many times turn around embroidery for me in a very short time frame which I appreciate. Yes they get very busy during some parts of the year but they always do their best to accommodate me.

Frustrating experience. Brought in 2 shirts for logo and wording. Was asked if we had a picture of what we wanted, we did and emailed it to the person they asked us to. While in store they confirmed they got the email. When we picked up shirts the wording was wrong so called immediately no answer, left a detailed message asking them to call me to see what they can do. Never received a call back so after a week I got hold of someone they said they got the message abd started redoing shirts without speaking with me first. I was told they would call when they were ready and after another week I hadn’t heard, I called back they said they’ve been here ready, ugh:/ I asked if there was a charge, they said no charge just come get them. I go to pick up the shirts she starts adding up numbers and I ask if there are charges she said yes unless I return the other shirts. I explained that I was told to just come pick them up. So once again I had to get the shirts, that have been worn for 2 weeks, and bring them back. I mean what the heck are they going to do with previously worn shirts. Will NOT use this service again!

I love this place. The new ownership has done a great job with everything that I have asked for. I had writing printed for the walls in my classroom and it was just perfect! Renee has been patient with my indecisiveness with letter size and style. She actually a came up with the final version and it looked much better than what I had chosen. I can’t wait to get our family t-​shirts done here next month.

Poor customer service. The order I placed was supposed to be done on Friday (I ordered it Monday). I called Friday and it wasn’t done, but was told it would be a few more days. Fast forward to the next Friday… was told at 4:30 it would be done, but I could come get it first thing Monday morning. That was today. I went in at noon and was told the machine needed a few screws tightened so it wasn’t done! What? Ridiculous! I canceled my order because it was over a full week late and not done! I ordered two hats! This was not a giant order! The LEAST they could have done would have been to call me and give me an update. They didn’t call once. Each time I called I was told a different time, and was over it!

I went here 2 weeks ago to get three words on a trophy engraved. I went there on a Wednesday and they said it would be done that day and they would call. Never got a call and it turned into a week. I went in there the following Wednesday and they forgot to do it. They said it would be done in an hour and would call. Again never got a call. Until I had to call on Monday of that next week to see if they have even done it. I called and they said that they were just about to call me. It took two weeks for three words and she thought she can still charge me $ 16.80. Really bad service

Good news everyone, Let’s Get Personal is under new ownership!
I had a horrendous experience dealing with Kim, the former owner. A jacket that was promised in 4 – 6 weeks took 14 weeks, and then another 2 weeks to fix the errors (wrong thread color on patch and on name embroidery). She was rude and dishonest. I had to actually print out my bank statement to prove to her when I had ordered the jacket since she insisted on a different date and wouldn’t show me the original order form. I vowed to never take my business there again. Until…
I heard through the sports-​mom grapevine that there was a new owner. I decided to give her a fair try, and she really impressed me! The first thing I noticed upon walking into the store was that it was clean! No stacks of boxes on the sales floor, no little dogs running around, just a clean and organized store. The new owner, Renee, was friendly and patient. We needed 4 patches sewn on to the jacket and 3 lines of lettering. THE JACKET WAS DONE WITHIN HOURS. Not weeks or days, hours. I could not believe it, wow!
I hope the new owner (s) can overcome the negative reputation that Kim earned for this business. I know so many sports-​moms who won’t set foot in the store, some of whom order in large quantities for their teams. Give the new gal a chance — she’s earned my business back!

Not only did our order take 3x longer than what we were told, but we were also missing half our order when we picked up. They also never updated us on the status of our late order, we had to call call call to get anywhere with them. The «proof», which we were unaware needed to be done, took longer then the whole order was supposed to take. They didn’t discount our order or do anything for all the headache. I would NOT recommend them.

The customer service was decent, the product/​service was not. I took 35 backpacks in to be embroiderer with our company logo. Kim was very nice, and on paper the potential for these backpacks was great. She chalked out the area where the logo would be, and I thought it was perfect. When I went to pick them up, to my dismay, I noticed that the logos where not centered, interfered with the backpacks stitching and just looked completely unprofessional. The logos were all over the place! I brought them back to the office and my boss was not having it. I had to give her a call to let her know know that the embroidery had to be removed and then redone. The work was done, and she was nice about it, BUT there were holes all over the backpacks. I had to distribute these during our company meeting and have to say I was embarrassed. I will not be using their services again.

First off I would like to say that no matter the size of the order a customer is a customer. If you want to have a positive response from some one it should not matter if it is one jacket, 12 shirts, or 50 hats.
I felt like I was being pushed away from this company because I had a small order I needed a quote for I got the impression that I wasn’t worth their time. I felt as if she (Kim) was pushing me away.
I called multiple times asking about a quote. And I also emailed. Her excuse was she didn’t get the email.
Something that LGP should keep in mind is that if you do not want the business and do not want to build potential relationships, please do not drag them along and keep them waiting. You will save their time.

I only needed 12 shirts with a pocket embroidery of our corporate logo. Sent an email and called 3 times over 1 week to ONLY get a quote. Always too busy with other things to even give me a call back or reply to my email. So glad after reading these reviews that I did not move further with this company because if this is the service you get before your a customer, I can only imagine what it would be like after my order was in the production phases. Going to California T’s as well. They were really upbeat and seem to really enjoy taking on a new client.

They are fast, friendly, and do a beautiful job! You can’t ask for more in a company really.

I have used LGP several times for small jobs. They are definitely a mom and pop operation, but I think that is a good thing. My experiences with online/​regional companies is far worse than any review I have read here, so it would help to put this into context. I received a timely call after getting a time estimate range when ordering. When I picked up the order, I got a professional product at a reasonable price. Exactly what I look for for return business.
Too often customers go into a business with unrealistic expectations and an attitude to match. Most people have not run businesses and have little idea what the issues are that are involved, so post after you have gotten over your emotional rant. Or would you rather just have the big box stores that really couldn’t care less about you or your business?

This business is the best! All your gift ideas in one location. They do beautiful work. You should see the lettermen’s jackets they do. The owners were great to work with and went out of their way to satisfy us. They will see me again.

Always pleasant experience. I have gotten great service, even help my neighbors by taking their stuff in to be embroidered. Recommend to all.

I love these people. They are so funny and will always work with you and make sure you get exactly what you want. Wonderful owners and the best employees. And supporting local businesses is always the way to go.
