Quality and friendly service! It’s arguably best iPad, iPhone, PC repair business. Love that it’s a small business as opposed to chain retail services. Excellent staff, including Lisa and Rachel, who are helpful, dependent and customer service oriented. Brought in our iPad with cracked screen and they walked me through the process as I have little knowledge with technology. They were very patient with me too! Went back a couple weeks later to get PlayStation repaired as well.

A very good place to take your PC or laptop for repairs or maintenance. The ladies there are very professional and take your needs into consideration when it comes to fixing your electronic device.
I would highly recommend this location for all of your computer repair needs. They also recognize the military when it comes to pricing.

Great place, came here by accident and I got a huge deal on my IPhone 5s looks great! Awesome owners, and great customer service. As a business owner I know how important it is to treat customers well. Top quality place!

I took in my phone after some water damage thinking my phone was DONE, but the girls were amazing. They took apart my phone and found that it was only my battery. They replaced my battery in a few minutes and my phone worked great. This week I thought my battery was dead again and they have a great warantee and they agreed to look at it and check out the problem. They ladies are great and very friendly. I 100% recommend them.

We took out PC to Memory Computers for major repairs. The entire team from front office to tech support was extremely helpful in solving our issues and quick on the repair. They made what is normally a nightmare situation with a hard drive crash as painless as possible. They also repaired our daughters BRAND NEW iPhone face that cracked (no AppleCare) for the going rate. I would definitely recommend them. It’s hard to find quality work AND great customer service these days.

I was working in Temecula for the day. I had my work laptop with a bad key with me. I have been to several places in San Diego and a few in Temecula looking for a repair.
These people really treated me right. They fixed my laptop by replacing the keyboard with one from their laptop graveyard — perfect match — works perfectly. All in 10 minutes and for $ 30.

Went in because my daughter cracked the front of her iPhone and she was totally freaking out:(. I’ve never had to repair a phone before so I had no idea how much and what it entails. The people were so sweet and informative. I literally was in and out in 20 minutes and the cost was so reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

I have taken a few different items here for repair, the service team is super friendly, honest and professional. Now that I am a repeat customer they know me by name and I feel like I am going to take my computer to friends for repair. It’s a family run business and they have certainly made me feel like I am part of that circle. I will not take my electronics any where else. Fair and honest prices for quality work. I came into memory computers to see if they could help me out with my iphone (was completely smashed) they took it in an not only have me the best customer service (customer service is HUGE for me) but they were also very honest about costs and everything. I highly reccomended this place for all of your electronics needs. Not only do they help you out, but they make you feel like family. I’m Telling all my friends about this place!

This is presently my favorite place in the whole world. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Memory Computers.
When I woke up on Friday, I turned my computer on and watched and waited while it went through cycle after cycle of attempting to start Windows. Windows would not start. Something was corrupt. I made a feeble attempt to fix it and then decided that it was best to turn this matter over to the professionals. I work for myself and this was my work computer and I don’t get paid if I don’t work, so I was slightly panicked. But, I pulled it together enough to search for a repair place on Unilocal and found this place which is pretty close to my home. I called them and they said to bring it right in — I didn’t need an appointment.
I dropped off my laptop, told them what had happened and they said they’d call me to let me know what the diagnosis was and we’d go from there. I left to work out and make the best of my unexpected day off from work.
When I spoke to them later, it was nearly the end of the day and he said he’d been working on it but he still needed to fix the corrupt files and he might have to reinstall Windows. I was concerned because this was 5:30 on Friday but he said they would be open the next day and he hoped to have it ready by the end of Saturday.
It was not ready on Saturday because it was still not working. When I expressed my concern about not having it in time for work on Monday, they said they’d work on it on Sunday. And, they’d also come in early on Monday to meet me so I could get to work. I was OK with this, but maybe a bit worried.
I got a call from them on Sunday and they said they thought I should get a new hard drive since space issues were at the root of the problem. The cost was reasonable.
I picked up my repaired and happy computer on Monday morning (before they were officially open) and I expected to pay A LOT considering all the weekend work. My total was meager. It was SO CHEAP. I was thrilled. And, everything works now!
To summarize, go here. They are good and inexpensive and nice and the 90 day warranty is an even bigger bonus!

When I think of Memory Computers, a few words come to mind. Honesty, I have never been told anything but the truth. Quality, I bought a laptop from Tony that he had recovered from water damage. All original parts were used (patience was sometimes required in order for the original parts to arrive but with this shop, patience is a virtue that pays back tenfold) and I’m back to my gaming. Integrity, I was shown the parts that were used to repair the computer (instead of just being told) and all the parts are verified as original first party parts.
I have also brought my phone, referred friends with broken phones (and those friends now refer their friends), and my iPad to be repaired with nothing less than factory service.
I have received nothing but A+ service from the day I walked through the doors of Memory Computers. If you are trying to decide on whether or not this is a good repair shop for your electronic goods, don’t think twice. The head technician at this shop is a genius with electronics and the service is unmatched. You will receive factory parts and labor for pennies compared to the competition.
tl;dr NO OTHERS COME CLOSE TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!

So. My XBOX 360 just recently broke for the third time. I took it to Tony at Memory and he suggested a course of action that he said would get my box running like new again. I told him to go ahead and fix it and man am I stoked. My XBOX is running super smooth and I love it. Thank Tony! Hopefully I won’t see you again before the 720 comes out!

I took my PS3 in to fix motherboard problem. The tech was a nice enough guy and the rest were hit or miss. After 2 trips back and no phone calls to keep me up to date, I brought it home and it still didn’t work. I had to find the solution on YouTube, take it back yet again, and he finally fixed it.

4 month process to get my xbox working kinda. I first took my xbox in for repairs and found his prices were very reasonable. He contacted me two weeks later to let me know my xbox was fried and offered a trade in for another fixed console for extra charge. I did it and played my new xbox for 3 hours time and got red ring again (3 weeks later). I took it back and he said that was odd. he repaired it after another 2 weeks time. I then got e 74 error after another 2 hours of play took it back again. He kept my xbox for 2 months then finally called and said its fixed. I took it home got E74 error again. His partner at the desk told me” that was wired cause her kids played my console for hours with no problem”. (That’s odd i didn’t know my xbox was a rental?) i took it back he swapped for a completely different console and threatened me with no more warranty. I talked him in to a 15 day warranty good thing i did. Took it home and to my surprise red ring of death immediately. Came back within a hour he swapped another console. This console worked for just more then the 15 day warranty and has multiple problems. All im trying to say is I know the xbox is a crappy product but after going through all of this hassle to end up with a xbox that halfway works from his refurbished collection. I think his skills are limited. I guess you get what you pay for his repairs are a joke. Do not recommend this repair place unless your a gambling person.

This place is pretty cool. They can do it all! My PS3 was freezing and loading games at really slow speeds. I told the guy about my problem and right off the back he knew what was wrong. My hard drive was going bad. The prices are reasonable. You pay for what you get right? Well for the work they did, changed out the HD, clean inside and out the PS3, and make sure nothing else was going bad. I think memory computers did a great job. I had my PS3 back within 3 days. I am a well satisfied customer.
