Specialties
We provide a wide variety of services for women and their families impacted by breast cancer.
History
Established in 2001.
It’s our mission to provide emotional and educational support to those touched with breast cancer and facilitate breast health care services.
Michelle’s Place was started to honor the dying wish of Michelle Watson, daughter of Temecula residents Bill and Marilyn Watson. Michelle was 26 years old when her life was cut short after a 3-year battle with breast cancer.
Michelle felt she would have liked a place she could receive emotional comfort, a listening ear, and an opportunity to talk with someone who is surviving breast cancer and learning to cope with the disease. This place should also provide the latest information regarding treatment options, coping strategies, up-to-date research and clinical developments so the person and their family can help in planning and be informed when making treatment decisions.
