Love! Love! Love this place! My 3 year old started the fairy tale class 3 months ago and she absolutely adores it! The people that work there are all super patient and ive never felt any pressure to attend recitals or buy anything we dont need for the class. Plus i love seeing all the little ones in their costumes ready to dance!

Great company. We moved here recently and my daughter has settled in well.

We first started at Miss Sue’s about 7 years ago. We have two girls that have been into dance off and on over the years.
We Keep coming back because of the atmosphere in the studio and heart that this family puts into their business. Sue and her husband are genuine people who care about the kids.
My youngest daughter is thrilled to be back at Miss Sue’s Dance and so are we.

My daughter took dance classes somewhere else last year and I have given up hope on allowing her to take dance class again until I did meticulous research. I stumbled across Miss Sue’s on Unilocal and it had nothing but rave reviews so I called and the receptionist gave nothing but good reviews as well so hey why not give it a try. My daughter is in Fairytale Princess Class on Saturday morning and in just a few months I see a HUGE improvement in her skills from where she was before and don’t think she will be going anywhere else any time soon!!!

We love this dance studio. The teachers are kind and patient and knowledgeable. My daughter is in fairy tale princess dance ans she loves to wear all the different costumes. The tuition is reasonable. And, the area where families wait and watch during the class is very large and comfortable, so that my son can come and be comfortable while my daughter is doing her class. I highly recommend this studio.

The front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. This is the first year of dance class for my 7 year old and she loves coming to her hip hop class. They have taught her some cool moves

My two daughters have been dancing here for 4 years and they have improved tremendously and are always leaving class with a smile.
Each of my girls have taken class from multiple teachers and have loved them all. The teachers are caring, patient, and fun but also challenge my girls to learn new skills and improve their technique. They have participated in multiple recitals and my husband and I have been so impressed with each one. We have been to other dance recitals and these ones are way better. The routines are fantastic and let me stress AGE APPROPRIATE! I have seen too many routines with suggestive moves and inappropriate costumes. This studio keeps young girls dressing and dancing like their age!
The owner, Miss Sue is a sweetheart. She is professional and you can tell that she truly cares about the students. One of my daughters was having an issue with another student in the class. Miss Sue spoke to me, the other parent, the teacher, and sat in on the class to observe. She did everything she could do and the issue was resolved.
Before coming to Miss Sue’s Dance Company my girls and I tried two other studios. At these studios we felt like just another costumer. At MSDC we feel special. They make us feel at home, like we are family. I highly recommend trying this studio. I know you will love it like my family does!

MSDC is a top notch dance studio. My 3 kids have attended MSDC for the last 3 years. My 2 oldest boys are in Miss Alicia’s 8 – 11 yr old hip hop class and she is amazing. She is attentive and gives each child within in the class specific personalized instruction. Miss Alicia is very caring when it comes to all of the children within the class. I live in West Murrieta, and there are many closer choices in the way of studios. We continue to attend MSDC because of the people that are part of the organization, from the owner to the teachers, to the front desk personnel, they run an organized, well kept, and clean studio. I would give this studio 10 stars if Unilocal had that high of a rating.

BUYER BEWARE — I purchased a Groupon for Miss Sue’s Dance Studio after looking into the available class times listed on their website. A friend and I had hoped to place our girls in a dance class together. We were told that we would be put on a wait list, until enough parties were interested in that particular class time. Two weeks passed without an update and with two unreturned phone calls (they do not answer the phone, there is only an option to leave a message on the machine). Time was clearly of utmost importance due to the Groupon expiration. Finally, in the midst of leaving yet another message, someone picked up my call. I explained to her that I had a preschool schedule to work around and that I wouldn’t have purchased the Groupon had I known the day and time I wanted (listed as open and available on the website) wasn’t actually open and available. The owner was defensive, and rude. She responded, «I’m sorry that your schedule doesn’t work with our schedule». She did not offer a refund, she did not attempt to work with me in any way shape or form. I contacted Groupon and was issued a refund. At this point, I would not be interested in enrolling my daughter at this school and will be looking into other dance studios.

Absolutely love MSDC — Miss Sue’s Dance Company! She teaches a lot more than Fairytale Princess classes! We have been with the studio for ten years, my oldest daughter started in Kindergarten & is now a Sophomore in high school. It has been wonderful watching her progress from her very first Combo Class through multiple classes over the years and she is now an advanced Tapper, En Pointe Ballerina, advanced Jazz & Lyrical dancer, Hip Hop dancer & Tumbler. My youngest daughter started in Fairytale Dance class & eight years later has expanded into all of the same types of classes as her sister. Both girls have been members of MSDC Performance Dance team for 4 years as well. The combination of excellent teachers & love of dance has kept my daughters striving to improve, and has inspired them to continue dancing for many more years (and for one to become a future dance teacher)!

We have been at Miss Sues for almost three years now. My twins started in fairy tale dance, and at six are enjoying a jazz class.
In three years, we have participated in some recitals, and skipped others. We even took several months off of dance because our schedule did not allow for classes. Additionally, we have never participated in «performance teams» that are available for all dancers. We have NEVER felt pressured, or ostracized for taking a break or having not participated. In fact, Miss Sue has even allowed my girls to leave their class before bringing out recital costumes for the other girls to try on so that they ddid not feel bad.
We have had nothing but positive experiences with the different teachers we’ve had! And at one point I did have an uncooperative child. I was super impressed with the way that was handled (plenty of discretion and genuine concern).
I love that Miss Sue’s chooses wardrobing, and music carefully. Costumes are always modest, and music is always appropriate.
Overall, a wonderful place to be. Fantastic teachers, and a great experience!

Love Miss Sue’s Dance. My 3 year old lil princess is very much enjoying her class. We were welcomed immediately and have felt comfortable ever sense. I checked into many schools and couldnt fathom paying the high tuition for 3 year olds. Miss Sue’s is very resonable, especially considering that most weeks they provide a costume for each child. Very pleased with Miss Sue’s dance!

Don’t appreciate how they push and pressure you to join all their «extra» programs after you sign up for a class, that of course all cost «extra». If you don’t join, your kid gets ostracized from all the other kids that pay for the extra programs/​recitals. I am sure the programs are fun but if a parent choses not to enroll their child in a recital or whatever, their choice should be respected without the constant sales pitch and pressure. They put the parent and child in a awkard position, as the comments are consitently made in front of other parents, as if to pressure you even more. Not cool.
