We came to this location before a wedding because the original place we wanted didn’t take walk ins. The staff is extremely nice, however the skill here is not stellar. I got a regular manicure. No gel, shellac, acrylics, etc. Just a plain French manicure. They cut my cuticle and cut my friend 3 times. They added little a sparkled top coat like I’m in 3^rd grade without asking. I also could have done what they did at home. But I’m not at home and wanted something done with my nails so for $ 15… I’ll live. I wish I could say something better for this place because the ladies really are very sweet. Just know you’re not in for a top notch experience here.

This is the worst place ever. Took two hours to do me and my daughters pedicure she is 3. They wouldn’t give us a design because no one understood English .

My friend and I called to make an appt at 6:30. I liked that they were I open until 7 and took late appts. When we arrived there were 4 ladies (one who was sleeping at her station) & the other 3 with clients. My friend had a gel manicure with a woman who seemed chatty and friendly. I had an older woman who was completely silent the entire time. I showed her a picture of almond style nails with a gradient glitter and she said «ok». I assumed she knew what was she doing but no. The nails were different shapes and sizes. Plus, she didn’t remove my old nail polish completely and when I pointed it out… she acted like it was an inconvenience to fix it. When it came down to doing the gradient it was a failed attempt. She gave me a solid glitter tip. She attempted a few more times until I just accepted a solid line with random glitter spots. She didn’t clean under my acrylic nails to remove the extra glue or powder. No lotion or oil for my cuticles. I will not be coming back to this place. My friends gel manicure came out nice

They’re just after your money and want to tax you on every little treatment which leads to unsatisfied customers who will not return.
Very disappointed, I didn’t even leave a tip because I was so unsatisfied with the quality and poor attention to detail and I normally tip very well for my nail ladies.
Don’t go here.

This nail salon is exemplary. Their gel manicures are great. Through the process they ask if each detail is to your liking and are quick to fix any issues. They have great customer service and you will never feel as though you are burdening them with any requests to redo anything. The waxing is awesome as well. They can truly fix any eyebrow to transform and improve the look of one’s face. There are no traces of any unwanted hair. If you happen to find any they will gladly rewax it. When I asked, it was done for free. They have multiple customers and are well deserving of each one. However, it has never been over crowded. This place is great, no complaints.

Great work and are open later (7pm) than most nail shops in the area which makes it very convenient to pop in last minute on a weekday.

This nail location was close to my work so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was limited on time so I asked for a pedicure rather than a mani and pedi. The woman doing my feet did a great job but she took a very very long time to finish up, which the long extent of it wasn’t on my foot message, but rather fixing the nail polish that she continued to try and clean up. Overall, this place is nice but not the fastest.

I came in for a manicure set and pedicure… First problem, the woman who helped me could only do pedicures, she either didn’t know how to do acrylic nails or wasn’t allowed to. Second, she took ten thousand years to paint my toes. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to take your time to do a good job, and I appreciate this. But I could literally watch grass grow at the pace she was going. With that being said, I ran out of time to even ask the woman who could do acrylic nails for me because this took so long. So if you have all day to get your toes done, come here. And make sure you call ahead I guess to make sure someone is there to do your nails –_​– over all, not too happy. Oh, and the staff is pretty quiet and rude too.

I came here after I saw the ratings on Unilocal that made this place sound promising. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman at the front and told her what I needed done. She said okay and gave me no estimate of time. I went to sit down and read a magazine. After me another woman came in who did not have an appointment, and after her a woman arrived who did have an appointment. When the next available technician was done, she took the lady who arrived after me and then made me wait even longer because she took her appointment. I waited a total of an hour to be seen. I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET EVERYONE I KNOW KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AT THIS LOCATION. Lynn is the name of the lady who «attended» to me.

I love Bou. He gives the best foot massages during the pedicures! This place used to be run down but his mom took over and has really given this place a face lift with new chairs and new tables. They do speak Vietnamese right in front of you so that kind of bothers me but overall this place is better than other places I’ve tried in town.

So pleased with my first visit to this nail salon. I drove in from Hemet to see Michelle and she did an excellent job on my gel manicure.
I’m beyond picky and I had no complaints about my experience. Michelle isn’t much of a talker but she is very sweet and very meticulous. I’m excited to go back for a pedicure!

If I could give this place a negative star, then i would. Nobody smiled or greeted me when I walked in. The lady put me in a massage chair that was broken and put lukewarm water in the tub for me feet. She must have been blind, because first she cut off a chunk of skin beside my left big toe cuticle and I am still bleeding, and her polish job was absolutely horrible. She didn’t massage my feet for the 20 dollars that I was paying for either. I don’t consider 5 squeezes to my foot a massage. To top it all off, she didn’t guide me to the polish drier, but, instead decided to scrub the tub out while I was still sitting in the chair!!! I think this company has an owner who allows untrained and unprofessional people working for him/​her and that will put them right out of business. I will never go back and I suggest you never go here, since there are so many other nail salons in town to choose from. Trust me, this place stinks!!! DON’T GO HERE!!!

The best place to come for a wax is here with Lynn! She does all types of waxing and I have been going to her for years. She is so friendly and her waxing is painless! I would definitely recommend her!

This is my favorite nail salon in Temecula. I have been coming here for the last six years & they are always nice & very professional. Michelle is fantastic with eyebrows & nails. A good tip to enjoy the best experience is to get a Starbucks drink next door & it truly makes your spa experience.
