Pizza they have Mushroom swiss burger 10.99 plus tax pretty good price and pretty good customer service on the phone, she had no problem taking my order and very nice patient., (Pizza hut should be train like that .) The delivery was so quick! In under 25 –mins can’t beat that. My order is like the way I wanted it Light@ its good can’t complain. Thank’s guys! Keep up the good work ;-) I would only order at this PapaJ’s.

Website sucks. You should be able to «review» the order BEFORE entering the credit card info. Maybe the engineers who built the site need to try using it. Who wants to enter their credit card BEFORE reviewing the order, then come to find out the order needs to be adjusted and have to RE-​ENTER the CC info again, thank God the tip stayed there. FIX IT!
If you decide upon reviewing your order and entering your credit card info already that you want more items, well, if you hit «continue shopping» you’ll need to enter the info again.
HOWEVER, if you allow customers to review their cart BEFORE entering the CC info, we can move around from menu to menu, then once we review the order and confirm its ALL good, we can enter the CC info. FIX IT.
Your website does not allow feedback via email — FIX IT. I don’t want to fill out a form and mail it in or call some offsite 800#.
And next time try cooking the pizza all of the way, not 50%.

Been here tons of times and never had anything but good experiences. This time was ABOVE above and beyond. McKenna went out of her way to help me get the best deal and service possible. I’m super happy with how everything went and I think they should get some serious praise for how I was treated. Thanks!

I had called this evening to order a pizza. Alexis had answered and was so sweet in helping me with my order. She had patience with me and told me the specials of the night! She gave me excellent customer service! My pizza was delivered less than the time frame she gave me :)!
I feel horrible for forgetting my delivery guy’s name but he has a mustache and was fairly tall. He was so friendly and had great energy! The pizza arrived hot and fresh! :)

We live right down the street and were craving pizza. I’ve never had Papa John’s before, but I’m glad I tried it. We are regulars now. I love the pizza, especially thin crust. Always fast delivery!!!

I normally don’t eat pizza, but tonight I decided to eat because I just moved and it was the easiest option. Let me tell you that I was beyond pleased with my choice… Not only the pizza was good but the delivery boy was just delightful! He was friendly, knowledgable and he even gave me suggestions of what there is around the area. God bless you papa for hiring such fantastic people! Not only is your spokes person GOAT, but you are too.

I’m not super impressed with this place.
The service was great and really fast delivery, but the pizza was lacking. They didn’t cut it square as I ordered it but that’s no big deal. For a six cheese double bacon pizza, it didn’t have much on it. I didn’t taste bacon once. There was more sauce than anything.

I decided to try this place out since someone recommended it but I was disappointed! Service was slow and they didn’t let me pay with a $ 100 bill. They made me drive to another location to break the bill and drive back to pay! If it weren’t for my family waiting at home starving I would have walked out and left the pizza there! Never going back!!!

This location is just plain rude.
We ordered pizza, waited for it to come and no one ever showed up.
We called and they said they showed up but no one answered the door, which is a lie because no one showed up.
So they said they would come back… which they did NOT.
So we speak to the manager Sarah and she was completely rude and said they came twice and the driver didn’t want to wait so we ask for a refund if they won’t deliver it… after 2 hours of not receiving any food they decide to refund us…
We had an accurate address and everything. Not sure what their problem is but we will no longer be ordering from them.

The service was great, but the pizza was nasty. I wanted to try some place new and was sorry that I did. I will not try their pizza again.

I am a big papa John’s fan normally, however tonight was a complete disaster! I put my order in online as I usually do, ordered the same pizza I usually order, asked to have it delivered as usual. Unfortunately an hour later my family and I received cold, hard pizza that looked as if it had sat for a few hours prior to delivery. I paid 40 bucks plus a tip for that… What a shame I will never again order from this location. They obviously do not care about the food quality in their restaurant and will probably serve just about anything to the unsuspecting clients visiting their establishment. I do however recommend the little Caesar’s down the street if you need a quick pizza, they were able to give me hot and perfectly cooked pizza in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t want to go out tonight, but I guess unless you physically go and get it yourself you never know what you will get. Thanks for nothing papa John’s.

Seems like every time I order from this location, either online or call in, they regularly get our order wrong. After getting home and being disappointed multiple times I’ve learned to check my pizza prior to leaving the store. Today (ordered online) was the absolute worst, I arrive at the designated time, I’m told they’re running behind and it’ll be another 20 min. Once ready… Pizza was not right. I tell the guy at the register this is not my pizza, he calls over an older woman who proceeds to tell me «that’s the what you ordered» and pushes the box at me! I again tell her it’s not, she tells me «i don’t know what you want me to do? take it or leave it!» I ask how long it’d take for them to make the correct one, she rolls her eyes and loudly says YOU ORDERD THIS and again pushes box towards me and tells me it’d be at least 45 for them to START my pizza, So I’d be looking at over an hr. This woman is practically yelling at me! At this point I’m over her rudeness, push the box back to her and ask to speak to a manager, she tells me SHE IS THE MANAGER! I ask for her name she says «my name is April feel free to complain about me». This was the last straw, told her I certainly will and walked out. Once in the parking lot a delivery driver stopped me and told me to make sure I let corp know what happened. Apparently April has some serious issues and this happens often. Customer service is key and she demonstrated she she can not provide it! Perhaps it is because she is elderly and can not handle a fast paced takeout pizza joint on a Friday night?! We have given this location multiple chances but this is it, thanks to April we will never return. Avoid incompetence and rudeness and go elsewhere.

How difficult is it to drive less than 5 minutes down the road? Apparently very difficult because the drivers cannot commute to this «newly developed» area less than 5 minutes down the road because the area isn’t in their ibviously outdated system. To a point it takes three bad attitudes and still nothing even remotely productive. Just pretending to try and solve the obvious problem. Five minutes down the road. Anyway my one star isn’t for that, it was for the 3 terrible pizzas I got last time. It tastes like cardboard, the meat was mostly fat, the pizzas were cold, the cheese wasn’t melted. I forgot about that until the terrible misfortune of living within a 10 mile radius of this location. Anyway, this killed it for me. I used to love this place.

I have going to this Papa John’s for a few years now. I have always enjoyed their pizza and their service is always great.

First of all I love papa johns. I currently moved here from orange county. But I will never order from this location ever. Their service is so bad it leaves me bitter about papa johns as a whole. I was told that I would have a comped pizza because they messed up on my order. It was perfectly fine. I was grateful. Couple months later I called to redeem it. Nothing was on file. Employee was rude and manager was rude. Treated me like I was stealing from them. I have never been so embarrassed. Never again will you take my money. I hope you train your employees better. Yes blake you too. I dont even want to give your place one star. Never have I had experienced such poor unprofessional service.

I had the worst customer service here and it came from a manager. I had to write a letter to corporate. I would never come here again.

It’s your standard Papa John’s Pizza (one of my favorites!!) but they are fast, fast, fast here! We called and they were ready within 15 minutes for us to pick up our pizza. Amazing!
Always tasty, fast, and efficient. Not to mention they were very pleasant to deal with.
Plus their garlic Parmesan bread sticks were really yummy. I do feel that we didn’t have enough pizza/​marinara sauce to go with the bread sticks. Next time, we’ll just get one more container.
I’ll definitely use them again when we’re craving pizza and don’t want to spend a lot of money.
