Crazy impressed with this place. The girl behind the counter was beyond helpful and great with my son who just wanted Superhero shoes. They didn’t have any out. She went in the back to look for rain boots for us and came out with a box of batman shoes that were not even out. They were unloading a shipment in the back. She made a big deal about how he was the first to be wearing these shoes and he was thrilled.

I just love the girls working there, they are soo helpful and welcoming … I never liked Payless shoes until I visited this one in the mall … Good job manager Alaina (if I’m not wrong) for ur good staff !

This Payless is great because it’s conveniently located in the mall with other shoe stores if you’re doing your shoe shopping.
Me? I hate shoe shopping. But so far, I have found 2 decent pairs of shoes here that I liked over stores like JCPenney and even Macy’s. And for $ 30? Done!
Staff is very friendly too. if you’re military, I think they give you a discount!
