Premier Tile and Stone

We ordered tile for the entire house and were told that it would arrive «not later than Friday.» Relying on the date of delivery, and waiting to get into our house, we scheduled all of the workers necessary to get to work on Monday. Friday came and went without a call. When we called them we were given excuse after excuse (they never did take any responsibility for the fact that they were ultimately off by over a week from their «not later than» date. No discount offered, no apology. Just a lot of «it’s not our fault.» When we tried to return the tile that was ordered that was more than we needed, we were told that it was «past the 30 day return timeframe» and that they would not take it back. Even if we WERE inside the window, they would have charged a 30% «restocking fee» according to the person we spoke with. I asked that they make an exception based on the problems we had had and asked for a call from Dave. No call back. Big surprise. Don’t let the «Christian business» talk fool you. They will never take responsibility for anything and have absolutely zero customer service. Find another supplier.

They did a great job on our tile flooring. The service is excellent and their prices are better than most. We would definitely recommend then to our family and friends.

I don’t even know where to start. Dave and his staff were THE most professional group of gentlemen that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time. Dave came out on a weekend to give me an estimate and his staff went right to work. We weren’t originally going to do carpet, but we decided to move forward and get it replaced as well and everything came out AMAZING!!! The bottom floor is a beautiful five tile pattern, and the upstairs has gorgeous new carpet!!! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR TOP-​KNOTCH QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO TO PREMIER TILE AND STONE!!!

Dave put marble in our Guest Bathroom about four years ago. He did exactly what I wanted and we love it so much that we are going with him again for our Master Bath. Very excited. Highly recommend these guys. You’ll be very happy with them and their work. :-)

We need new flooring for our house. I’ve been looking for a flooring store and thought I’d found it here due to all the outstanding reviews.
My husband had the day off so we made our way over to Premier Tile & Stone mid afternoon. We were the only customers in the store. A man was on the phone and a blond woman at a computer. They were facing us so I assume they saw us. Nothing! No acknowledgement or anything. We walked and walked around the store. Nothing!
The blond glanced at us, went the the back, then back to the computer. Nothing!
My husband has been a regional sales manager for decades and told me time to leave. He couldn’t believe the non response from these two.
It looks like they have some nice products too! Boohoo. Customer service is a dying art.

James was honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. He guided me in choosing tile for my 1350 sq ft job and saved me a lot of money. This shop is trust worthy and ready to help make your project a pleasant experience.
Compared to other shops like Emser, Arizona, and Tile Direct, I choose Premier because their prices are listed on the materials in the store, you dont have to play games and give out a contractors name and get a different price based on their volume last year. They are generous with providing samples so that you can take them home lay them out and sleep on it. Thanks Josh for the awesome service I will be back for my next project for sure!

Amazing customer service. Not only do they do quality work but they also care about their customers and are willing to do whatever to make sure they have a good experience. The service and the results were top notch. We worked with James and he was very responsive and on top of everything. My floors look better than I imagined they would. I have absolutely no complaints and we will be using them again. In fact they’re installing my backsplash next week!

Dave did our granite countertops last quarter year 2014. Dave helped us with the granite selection and it ended up so beautiful! They are really skilled, professional and wonderful bunch of guys. Almost all I know in work and in church knows them and worked with them.
New improvements in our kitchen will definitely will be Dave. all the way.

Amazing people and amazing product. I was in yesterday and Dave and his wife was so nice and so Christian. They had christian music playing and it was a great experience for me to talk to someone with knowledge of the product and cared very much. The prices are spot on, lower than anyone else. The prefab cut Granite was second to none. Go see Dave for sure and buy his product you won’t be disappointed at all. They also install the products with great people. Dave has been doing the industry since the early 80’s with a cutting edge style for today great mixture. I’m a DJ and if anyone needs a DJ

We just had Premier Tile and Stone remodel our master bathroom. David, the owner, and his team are fantastic. David was so helpful in creating the design, material selection, etc. James, David’s son took his time and the remodel turned out so beautiful. David was so honest and up front with us. We highly recommend Premier… there is no need to shop around, Premier’s price, and quality can not be beat!!! Thank you David, James, Tony and the other Premier team associates.

From the time we walked into the showroom until the time our project was completed was a much more pleasurable experience than my husband and I anticipated and that was due to Dave’s knowledge, his creativity and his ability to listen throughout the whole process.
