We are a contracted facility for USAA & ANPAC insurance companies, however we work with ALL insurance companies. Even if an insurance company tries to convince you to take your vehicle to one of their shops, it is your right as a consumer to take your vehicle wherever you wish & we will make sure that your insurance company pays for any & all necessary repairs.

History

Established in 1997.

In 1935 my great-​grandfather opened Imperial Auto Body in the small town of Leominster Massachusetts with a very clear motto:

«Our work is our best advertisement.»

Since that day our family has continued to follow that mantra that has now passed down through 4 generations of auto body professionals.

In the early 1990’s my mother & father decided to sell Imperial to another family member so they could live out their dream & move to sunny California. It was only a few years later when Richie & Dee-​Dee decided to open Pro Auto Collision here in the Temecula area. Just a few short years later I am proud to say I joined them here to carry on the family tradition.

Being from a small town our work & our word are very important to us & we believe in forming a personal relationship with our customers, many of whom have become friends. Give us a call anytime even if you just need some friendly professional advice, all three of us would be glad to help.

I own a 2006 GTO that needed a new front bumper. I brought my car here and in the most professional manner imaginable they addressed my every concern. The gentleman who owns this shop went above and beyond. I am very satisfied with his exceptional hands on presence. Need I say more, can’t except don’t hesitate to bring your car here!

I wrote a review previously, but I felt the need to write about my recent experience. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff at Pro Auto Collision. I have about the worst luck with any car I own. Within the last 6 months my husband and I have been in 4 accidents. Each time we’ve gone to Pro Auto Collision they have never once been short of amazing.
Recently, I got into yet another car «incident» and couldn’t have been more stressed about the possible out of pocket expenses I would have to cough up. I dropped off my car at Pro Auto and within the hour Rick got back to me. I have never been so happy to get a call from them. Rick helped fix my car within only a few hours helping me save on the rental car I had to pay for out of pocket. I even tried to tip him for helping me out and they wouldn’t take it. It is so hard to find a business with great customer service and honesty. You will never be disappointed with Pro Auto. No matter what problem I have with my car, I always take it to them.

If you need any auto body repair do not hesitate to use Pro Auto Collision Repair they are outstanding!!! My husband had an accident in my Ford Fusion and I was not sure my car would ever look the same, but my car looks brand new after Pro Auto Collision fixed it all up for me. They kept in touch with me every week to let me know what was going on with the repair of my car, I was always kept in the loop. They helped me get a rent a car reservation so my rent a car was ready when I went to pick it up. They finished my car early and they cleaned and vacuumed the inside and my car looked beautiful when I picked it up! I was extremely satisfied with them from beginning to end they take care of their customers! They also worked closely with my insurance and I didn’t have to do a thing! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work on their car they are the best!!!

This review is for the appraisal process. USAA has a contract with this auto repair center. We called and made a claim and they instantly set us up with an appointment. I called before to make sure the appt was made. The receptionist was so friendly. When I walked in I was immediately helped. The gentlemen who appraised the car was so helpful and wanted to make sure we got the best appraisal in our favor. He was only 5 mins and had all the paperwork done and explained everything very well. He said it was a family business and I’m so glad that we still have small businesses out there with such great customer service!

My husband was rear ended and we took his brand new (2 month old) car there for repairs (our insurance company recommended them). They were very helpful, kept in touch throughout the process, and know their stuff. It ended up being over $ 3000 in damage, but they did a great job and the car looked just like new again when we picked it up. Richie is a great guy to work with. You won’t be disappointed if you bring your car here.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very friendly and professional! We took our truck there to get our running board fixed. We found Pro Auto Collision online and decided to give them a try. The customer service displayed from the moment we called was incredible! When we called, the owners wife answered the phone and asked us if we were ok. We then met the owners son and he was nothing short of professional and very friendly. We had to come back the next day so that the owner could look at the repair and he fixed it in 20 minutes, a job that other collision shops were going to charge us over $ 2500.00 to repair. We are very grateful that there is still some honest people and businesses left. We have found our new collision shop should we ever need one. Please put the word out there! I know we will be recommending them to our family and friends if collision repairs are ever needed. They are AWESOME and you will not be disappointed. Truly a family owned business! WAY TO GO PRO AUTO COLLISION!

We own a preowned Toyota 4-​Runner and recently we had one of the side door panels nearly snap completely off. Applying blue tape to it was the only thing I could think of to keep it from flying down the road. On a (fortunate) whim, my wife stopped in to Pro Auto Collision to see what it wold take to replace it.
Unknown to us, there had been some body work done to this part of the vehicle. Richie gave us two viable options to fix it. One was replacing the part for $ 500+ bucks and the other was installing a single screw. We opted for the second option and feel great that we didn’t have to dip into our kids back-​to-​school budget to repair a cosmetic auto part.
When we need auto body work done in the future, we will be bringing it to Pro Auto Collision first! And they are very nice people also.

What a great place!!! I simply needed a light bulb replaced for one of my running lamps on my Suburban. The dealer wanted to charge me $ 105 to replace it!!! My regular repair shop wanted to charge quite a bit as well, as they thought it would take a good hour to replace. I called Pro Auto Collision and they changed it in under 20 minutes. Super nice people! I will be telling everyone I know about these guys! Thanks!
