Jason impresses me as someone who is very proud of his work. He was prompt, keeping me informed by phone as to when he anticipated arriving. After inspecting our air conditioner, he took the time to explain what the problem was, showing me how he arrived at his conclusion and what my options were. He finished working on our system Sunday afternoon. Monday morning, he visited our home and asked if we were satisfied with the performance of our air conditioner. The cost of the repair was very fair. The quality of Jason’s work is excellent. I definitely recommend Redhawk Mechanical for air conditioner/​heating repairs.

Jason really went the extra mile for us. He was able to respond onsite within 2 hours of my initial phone call, and promptly fixed the issue at an affordable rate. Our AC unit stopped working, and the fix would have been $ 450, but we were able to find a rate that worked out for both of us. Redhawk will be my first call every time for AC issues.

Called Jason and he was able to come the next day, which was great, but did not mention anything about an extra charge for an «emergency call out» I had just requested he come out when he was available. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the parts on the truck to fix the unit and was done in less than 40 minutes. Disappointed that no quote was given before the repair was started, that should be standard business practice, and then I was told it was $ 450 to replace a condenser fan motor and capacitor, maybe $ 120 of that was parts, and the remaining $ 330 was for the 40 minute service call with the «emergency call out» I didn’t request in the first place… And the wiring for the motor direction and ground are sticking out the top of the unit, which he said is normal, but seems that it could easily be put inside the unit so it doesn’t get damaged. Once again, actual repair was done quickly and correctly, which was great, but the cost was excessive and no quote was given before the repair was performed, which is not right.

Our air conditioner quit working on a Thursday. We chose Redhawk Mechanical because they specialize in heating and AC. We read the good reviews on Unilocal and needed someone to come ASAP because a heat wave was coming. We called Thursday night and Jason made an appointment to come on Friday morning. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem right away. Unfortunately, we needed a whole new unit so he scheduled an installation the next morning. Jonathan showed up on Saturday morning. He was very efficient and we were impressed by his knowledge as well. We will surely refer Redhawk Mechanical to our friends and family.

Jason and his crew were awesome… did a complete A/​C replacement on our house with complete professionalism at a competitive price. They also do great work on our business unit as well! Definitely recommend Redhawk Mechanical!

If I could give Jason and John 10 stars I would! Redhawk Mechanical is AWESOME. Our airconditioning unit stopped working in the middle of the night! We called Jason at 6:30 in the morning and he was able to get us on his schedule that same day! They came on time. They were so friendly and professional. And above all else, they are honest. He told us exactly what the issue was and they looked into the problem and actually fixed it. Jason knew we did not want to buy a new unit as we are getting ready to move so he was able to do a fantastic repair job for a really reasonable and fair price! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Quick response, courteous, professional. Jason repaired a vibrating blower in the heater and only charged for the service call. I had him do a quick check of my AC unit, and he gave it a solid review, only recommending a spring tune up and cleaning. It was good to know that there are trustworthy service professionals that do not try to sell unneeded work. I would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.

A/​C was blowing room-​temperature air. Jason came out same day, found that the coolant level was low, added refridgerant and charged a fair price. I was impressed that he didn’t try to upsale or overcharge on an extremely hot day, an experience I’d had with a previous service I used. I was told by another a/​c tech that I needed a new a/​c unit for my upstairs system. Well, the unit finally died or so I thought. I had budgeted over $ 4,500.00 for a new a/​c. So I called Jason at Redhawk Mechanical based on his company’s five star rating on Unilocal fully expecting him to confirm the earlier assesment. I was wrong. Jason said all I needed was a new capacitor and a hard start kit plus one pound of R-​22 freon. He showed up on time, was very profesional and honest, saving me $ 4,200.00. Sweet. Redhawk Mechanical is the best! I called and spoke with Jason regarding my A/​C unit; it seemed to not be cooling like I felt it should be. He came out same day … (Actually within an hour!) he tested the A/​C unit, checked filters, coolant, etc. the unit needed some new parts, a new filter, and Bada-​Bing …it’s back working more efficiently. Jason was friendly, honest, and I am totally satisfied with RedHawk Mechanical. I won’t hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to my friends!

Absolutely the best. I will never use or recommend anyone else. After receiving an astounding estimate from ASI for $ 7,000 for a new furnace, ductwork, permits and inspections, I called Jason at Redhawk Mechanical on the advice of a friend.
He and his partner Cam came out to the house, checked the furnace, ductwork, etc. I received a quote of $ 1725 for the furnace. They said the ductwork was perfect and that no permits or inspections are required.
They have my business for life and I’ve already recommended them to friends.
