Starbucks

Two employees turned this into a 1 star review.
The guy who took my order, a clean cut caucasian guy whose name starts with a J… I’m standing right in front of the register and he doesn’t acknowledge me, even though he is looking at me. Whatever. So I start saying what I would like to order and he’s just staring at the screen on the register. He cuts me off to loudly call the previous customer back over because her app to pay didn’t go through. Not an issue in itself, but he should’ve 1) acknowledged me and 2) given me a ‘just a moment I’ll be right with you’ or something. You don’t just leave a customer hanging like that.
The caucasion girl whose name starts with an S… I’m at the bar waiting for my drinks and sandwich. She comes over and tosses the sandwich down so it slides a little. Am I getting charged extra to have my sandwich thrown down onto the bar?
So overall, not happy about this location. It was Fathers Day and not even busy.

Came in to Starbucks the whole staff was amazing. Great job guys keep up the great work and the smiles on your faces.

My husband and I love coming to this Starbucks and enjoy there drinks but we’ve come to realize that for the most part all the employees are very professional and nice except for one particular Asian lady. I don’t care to know her name, but she’s a small petite lady with glasses seems to be rude in her voice. I’m not into the Starbucks lingo and do not know all the fru fru names of the drinks because I normally order just a plain cup of coffee. But today I ordered the not usual drink which was a Frapp for my daughter. When she took my order she sounded snarly with an attitude cuz I wasn’t saying the Starbucks «lingo». She just looked at me with a straight stupid look to her.
This lady needs to go back to basics on customer service training. A smile on her face and less attitude training would do her some good. Otherwise she should just work somewhere else to be away from the servicing the public.
Don’t know if she was having a bad day or having person issues, that’s not my problem, just put her where she doesn’t have to speak with customers in a condescending attitude.

The best Starbucks in town! Every employee displays positive attitude and excellent customer service!

The only Starbucks I actually like to sit at and enjoy the day. They have great service and are really polite and always have a smile!!!

I’ve been to many Starbucks and this one is my favorite. I usually go through the drive through but this time I went in and let me tell you. I had THE best service. Thank you Colleen for making my morning bright with your energy and smile. You are so sweet! :) and you were on your game making drinks.

Need to expand and have more employees to handle orders. Drive through line is far too long.
If you decide to park and order inside, there should be more urgency to serve customers taking the time to stand in line.
Food ¹⁄₅ stars, even though baked goods. Do yourself a favor and find another coffee stop, there are plenty of fish in the sea within a 1-​mile radius with fantastic coffee and specialty drinks + food.

Staff was genuinely sweet, and they made my coffee perfect. It started as a long line but it moved in a matter of minutes and that mattered because I had to get to work on time. Thanks staff!

Haven’t been to this Starbucks in about a year and Colleen still remembered by name… love that she is still there

I like this particular Starbucks. I used to go here all the time when I lived in the area. We don’t live around there anymore, so I don’t frequent it as much, only if I happen to be in Temecula –shopping. The place is always clean and staff are friendly and efficient. My coffee always turns out perfect. They just seem to know how to make it correctly here without any drama or redoing the order. Cake pops are yummy little calorie/​fat hoarders. We like to stop by here if we are going the mountain way to Palm Springs area by taking the 79S.

Love this Starbucks. Probably the only one I like in Temecula. Their drive through is so quick! It’s awesome! Keep up the good work guys

Of all the Starbucks in temecula this one has the best, friendliest staff. Too bad I hate going into that shopping center and no drive through. But nice place if you’re not in a hurry.

Normally I hate going to the big chain places but sometimes, they are just the easiest across the board because majority of the time it is the same and the order is easy if you are getting drinks for a lot of people.
I came in today and Dalton (I think that was his name) was the barista at the bar and he was on top of all the drinks. I watched him make my drink and the sweetener is the kicker at the locations. Some places tell me that they did add it and some places don’t. I like my passion tea with sweetener and when I drank my tea today, it didn’t taste like there was sweetener inside. He then added a few more shots which made it better, but I swear when I watched him make my drink, he didn’t add it. Sweetener, the kicker to how my day lays out…

If you’ve got an awesome radio station playing with your favorite songs or you’re watching a show on your iPhone then THIS is the line for you!!!
From the time you enter the drive-​wait line until you’re at the pick-​up without personality window– you’ll have plenty of time to listen to your songs, watch a show or catch up on mail.
There is never a sense of urgency or an understanding that this is a DRIVE-​THRU. If you’re uncomfortable with social manners no worries! You will not be greeted with a smile, a hello or a «thanks for waiting! How are you?» There is ZERO pressure on you to have to respond.
We ordered a Trenta black coffee, no sweetener. For clarification they repeated the order and we confirmed. Then they asked if we’d like sweetener to which we replied «no thank you»… «So just black?» YUP!!!
They got the order correct!!! Two Stars for Starbucks!

The people are nice. The coffee is decent. Sometimes it burnt sometimes its not. But its convent.

Can be busy, but always consistent with my orders, and has wireless charging built into some tables.

Excellent customer service! We stopped before our day’s road trip on Sunday around 2:15 and in an unfamiliar area. Added $$$ onto our gold card before our order. (If you are not a rewards member definitely should sign up, always a deal or promo to use. Even more «perks» if you earn gold status ;)) My guy ordered a venti Green Tea Frappuccino and my venti chai tea latte with soy, banana nut bread, and a KIND bar. They mistook his order for a vanila bean Frappuccino and when he corrected them they just gave us the extra Frappuccino! That is the first time when a Starbucks has made a mistake they just complimentarily gave it to us. So awesome! One way to go out of their way and it made or day! Yes, I meant to rhyme. Thanks, Starbucks!

On our way home to Los Angeles from a day in Temecula. Lots of parking. Fast service. Lots of tables outside to drink your coffee or green tea — before you hop on the freeway for the drive home.

I needed a fix for my long drive back to the Desert through Hwy 74, so I stopped at the last available Starbucks off Temecula Parkway. It’s pretty time consuming getting to this establishment and leaving also.
The location seemed popular and bustling that evening, which gave it a good vibe. When I entered they were not busy and had more people inside adding to the calm vibe. The employee was friendly and added to mellowness. The service was fast and a great product that brings justice to the quality of Starbucks. The place was clean and inviting. I will definitely keep this place in mind during my trips through Temecula.
Overall, great place that entails what a Starbucks is! The only downfall was the tedious drive to get to it and leave from it, which is not that bad when you have this quality to get too.
