Welcoming staff immediately when you walk in. Wide variety of flavors. Comfortable seating. Huge tv to watch a game. They offer snacks and beverages for sale. Dark inside which is nice not awkward. Highly recommend!

Good hookah bar, not great but let’s be honest, there isn’t really a good hookah bar anywhere. Good flavors and nice seating, service isn’t great but not the worst I’ve seen. Good for a chill midweek hangout.

LOVE the workers. They always check up on customers and never make you feel like a burden! Been coming here for a year. Great customer service

Update: change in staff and much better about all my complaints. After coming in a few more times I was greeted and treated much better, first visit was a disaster, but they are much better now

Been going here for years. Will, Anna and Tyler have always been fantastic. They interact with us every time we come. Hookah comes out quickly. They check up on us regularly and we always have a good time. Wide variety of flavors and employees have great recommendations. Will continue to come back. (:

Terrible service it doesn’t even deserve the one star. I love hookah and I went there with my friend and they charge you before you sit (that’s understandable) and I paid for my hookah plus refill but after they bring your hookah you never seen them again and I was tired of waiting for my refill finally I just left nice hookah but terrible service don’t bother to go there.

I would like to mention that I am not a big fan of hookah but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is. My girl and her friend wanted to go here so I obliged and was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The service was friendly and recommended we try the cloud 9 flavor which turned out to be really delicious. We asked one of the employees if we could go to killarneys next door to grab a drink and she allowed us to come back and finish our hookah. Great environment and excellent employees will make anybody want to come back because of a guaranteed good time!

Can. I plz give this place zero stars omggggg service sucked soooo bad. …they did have change to give me I had to wait 20 mins to get my change… which hookah lounge doesn’t accept credit or depit ! Wth! And there hookah is horrible piece of advice wash ur hookah pipes after each use and ummmm have a freaking hookah for mint products and non mint u guys are dumasses no joke! PEOPLE DONT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY!

I don’t understand how so many people have posted such negative reviews about this hookah lounge. I came in with friends to check this place out after hearing about it so often. We were immediately greeted and seated by Anna who was more than happy to recommend flavors (which btw were all excellent, thanks!). Sure service was a bit slow when we needed a head change but considering how busy it was, we tried to be patient. They did come by enough times to see if we needed coals which was nice. Only downside to this place is they don’t allow outside drinks and their prices for drinks are marked pretty high. They do allow outside food tho, so… Yea. All in all, very chill vibes, good music, and great customer service. Would definitely return again whenever I need to unwind with friends.

I really do enjoy this place. Bowls are a good size and last a pretty long time! Wait staff is very friendly and talkative. I like to sit out on the porch area. My only complaint about this place would be having to pay for water, (as expected with all hookah lounges) and it would be cool if they got some speakers for outside. Not loud, because it’s nice having a quiet outside area, but a little music would be nice. Great place to go and smoke with some friends! Decent prices (on hookah) too.

I used to love coming here when I first graduated high school, the customer service was great, the staff was kind and helpful and the other customers were really chill and quiet. The weekends were pretty nice as well, nothing too crazy.

The customer service sucks, the employees go around smoking hookah with their friends instead of helping the customers. I waited over an hour for a head change when I didn’t even need to wait five minutes before. The other customers are rude and loud and super obnoxious. The weekends get way too hectic now and there’s always some kind of drama going on. I won’t be back here anytime soon
This place is actually really nice if you decide to go on a week day rather than the weekend. The service is a lot better and the workers make small talk with you every time they come around when the place isn’t busy. Worth coming here on a weekday but I’d still avoid weekends

This place used to be really cool and used to have good customer service but all of them are gone. This place is really going down hill. I got over here in a year and bought my own hookah. That’s how sick I got of this place…

Came here a few years back, it was okay. Brought a friend here for her birthday along with some other friends it was our first hookah Lounge experience. More for the 18 – 20 year old crowd like somebody else mentioned haha we ended up at killarneys. Worth a shot if you’re under 21

Great for a group session, but only if you enjoy loud music. If you’re looking for a good time, try going on a weekday rather than a weeknight. Weekend nights are packed and always way too loud to even hear the person two inches away from you.
Prices are alright, but it can get expensive very quickly. Try attending during their happy hours for a better deal.

This is by far the worst Hookah «lounge» I’ve ever been too. It should be called Starbuzz-​kill, because it’s a killer of any fun. Unless you know the owner or any of his buddies/​employees who roam around there. This place is ridiculous. There was no one at the counter we had to pay cash and then sign up to be members, fine. Then apparently you have to pay extra to sit on the couches instead of the patio furniture. Apparently sitting on the couches also means you get service. Not once did we get coal service or any kind of service we couldn’t tell if anyone actually worked there. It felt like we walked into some dude’s garage and paid for crappy hookah. I’d give this place Negative Stars if I could. I’d rather have my eyes poked out by tiny pigeons then go back to this place

I was expecting a lot more from a hookah lounge that carries the name of the major company, Starbuzz, unfortunately I was a bit disappointed.
To start off, as soon as we walked in there was nobody at the counter for a good 5 minutes or so, and you have to wait to be seated. As soon as we were greeted we were ‘assigned’ a spot to sit down at. There were many empty areas, but apparently the owner doesn’t allow customers to sit at «his couch» and the rest were reserved. I find that a bit lame that the owner would rather have his own couch than cater to his customers. I’ve never been to a hookah bar where my seat was assigned.
The girl who helped us was a bit slow and didn’t really know too much about the product. She tried her best to be helpful and friendly. A little awkward, but not bad.
I read in many reviews that coal service was quick and pretty steady, however, it seemed a bit slow for my liking. I’m used to my coal boy coming every 5 minutes or so to check on everything. They normally continue to make rounds around the hookah bar to make sure everything is okay.
I’ve been to some really great hookah bars in the area. This one is one of my least favorites.
I may have expected too much with the name, or maybe they are slacking a bit.
One thing I really liked was the metal/​rock music they play, without blasting your eardrums out while you try and socialize with your friends. Most hookah bars play rap or techno.
Other reviewers are right about the high school crowd, very young crowd, so no drinking at this hookah bar. However, Killarney’s Irish Bar & Grill is in the same plaza :) Check that out.

This place is pretty fun. Just came here for a birthday last week, it was a little hard to find… coming from San Diego and rarely ever making it down to Temecula, I was a little bit put-​off because Starbuzz had literally no lights on that you could see from the outside.
Once we got in, the environment was pretty cool. My group of friends and I were being looked at like everyone knew we weren’t regulars though which was a little awkward.
The girl who seated us was so so so nice! I asked her name at the end but I totally forgot was it was, but she was so nice and clear when she spoke.
There were 8 of us and all the little cozy couches were taken so we all had to sit on one long couch located towards the back of the building, it was super weird seating because we were lined up and not facing each other.
The menu for all the different types of flavors was extensive so it was fun to choose from!
The group of us weren’t planning on ordering more than 2 hookah’s, but the girl told us that they give out 1 hookah per 2 people, which worked out I guess with the 8 of us being there.
That night, the hookah’s were on special for only $ 9.99 (we came on a Wednesday)! Usually they are $ 15.99 I think is what we were told. For each refill, it is $ 5.99. My hookah got a free refill because I told them that it was my birthday so that was super cool that they did that.
As soon as the hookah’s became harsh, we let another guy know and he fixed them right away, this same guy also made us a «special blend» for our free refill, and gave 2 of my girlfriends a free refill. he must have liked them.
Overall, the experience was a good one and my boyfriend only paid $ 12.99 for one hookah and 2 refills!
Will come back if I’m ever in the area again.

WOW! Worst service ever, I wont be going back again. The girls were very rude, and are very unoragnized. We were over charged but coudnt prove it, 81 dollars for 3 simple orders of regular hookahs! crazy! We split the check with some friends but they made a mistake and had my friends pay for somone else and then instead of fixing it, denied it and said they just left without paying?! which was a FAT LIE. Oh yeah the hoses were dusty too. anyway the place was cool just not the service. TOO BAD right?

I’ve been to this place quite a few times, and I love that it is close and convenient, the atmosphere is sick, the staff and service is kind of hit or miss, and the pricing is about average in comparison to other hookah lounges.
However, they no longer have the following Mon-​Wed Specials:

Monday Night: 5PM-​8PM $ 5 Hookahs!
Tuesday Night: $ 10 Hookahs all night!
Wednesday Night: Free Head Change with purchase of every Hookah!
I’m not sure exactly what their specials are now, or when their happy hour is, but I know they changed it, because my friend and I just went there last night (Tues) and the hostess charged us the regular price. We were pretty disappointed considering their $ 10 hookah special was the main reason we even went on a Tuesday night. Bad move on their part in my opinion. I probably won’t be going there as often now.

This is Temecula’s first and obviously only hookah lounge. Me and some friends came here late night to check it out. I have to say i was very impressed. Temecula is not known for having lounges that are open until 2:00 AM. Thats a huge plus.
The music is actually on point. Mostly top 20 and alot of remixes along with a few old joints. Mostly Hip-​Hop throughout the night. There are flat screens along the walls playing misc. shows from MTV couches along the walls.
They have a huge variety of Hookah to choose from and its all pretty inexpensive.
This place has alot of potential as long as the usual douchbags don’t mess it up. Keep it classy Starbuzz, so far so good!
Bottom line, if you like hookah, it’s a really chill place to come and relax with people and just have a good time. Lets see how long it lasts!
