Crystal Udehn

Crystal has a strong background in the fundamentals of dressage and a strong belief in bringing along horses in a classical manner. She has trained on the East Coast with several high level instructors; including a Grand Prix Dressage Rider. She also worked very closely under Kelly Jaegar, a former working student of Sally and David O, Connor for several years. Her style reflects the O’Connor influence in the very balanced seat and focus on CORRECT dressage training; bringing the horse up through the levels slowly and carefully using hind end impulsion rather than resticting hands.

Crystal believes in Equine Assisted Activities to help individuals achieve their goals.

She holds a master’s degree in Speech, and has been a teacher for 10 years. She has a gift for being able to express and demonstrate difficult concepts to her students in a manner that they can understand.
