Established in 2000.

I am a third generation general contractor! I started learning the trades when I was 15 years old. I grew up working with my grandfather, my father and my uncle doing various jobs from large commercial projects to small home repairs. I now own my own company and hold a B general contracting lic #984 735. I look forward to helping you complete your home remodeling repair projects! Used Ivan’s company to cut the bottom of some doors so the AC and heaters would work more efficiently. Sure I could have cut them myself but they cut them perfectly, did it faster, set up appointment and arrived on time. Rates reasonable and followed up with a call. Will use again.

Hired temecula handyman to take care of several small jobs in my home. They were able to get me scheduled within a reasonable time and completed all of the work possible that day. We did have an issue occur with the work that was discovered 2 weeks later. I can’t say enough about the company’s integrity and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Of course no one wants to deal with the headache of repair issues, but the peace of mind that comes with dealing with a company who stands behind their work is invaluable! Thank you!

I had some dry rot repair that needed attention. Ivan and Josh were able to set up an appointment within a week. The repairs were assessed, materials were purchased, and the job was completed in the same day. They worked tirelessly all day long to complete my job. They even followed up with a phone call to get my opinion on the work. I will be using them again! You should too!

We had Gabe modify our entertainment center to fit a bigger TV. He worked with us to decide how best to make the modifications and took time to see how to best make the cuts of the wood since the entertainment center was built-​in. He did a good job with the modifications and our TV fits great! He even adjusted the price down from the original estimate since the work was easier than expected. Thanks!

We just had a shower remodeled by Ivan and Dale and we are very happy, not only with the results, but also with the process. I got multiple estimates and theirs was the same as others but with one major difference: They actually used a scratchcoat surround and not plastic and backerboard. Might not sound like a big deal, but what that basically means that if God forbid my house were to burn down, 2 things would be left standing: the chimney and this shower! Dale was the lead on this project and was a very nice guy and obviously did an amazing tile job. highly recommend these guys!

We used Ivan and his team once again this past week when we installed two new carriage lights and replaced three others. In addition to the electrical work the project also involved drywall work. Brian did the electrical first. He was quick and very neat and the lights look great. Ivan followed up by having patrick his painting contractor repair the drywall and paint in the two areas where Brian had to cut into the drywall. I can’t tell where the holes were, his work is that good. Patrick was meticulous, took his time and really knew what he was doing. I won’t hesitate in the future to call Ivan. He can get any job done well!

I’m writing a good review even though we had some miss communications. There were a few jobs I needed done for a small bathroom remodel. The most important one being tiling the floor. Let me say Dale their tile guy is awesome. He does very nice and complete tile work. Even though we had an issue with the project and pricing, Ivan ironed it all out in the end. Thank you.

I was pleased to have read the reviews and was hopeful that I had found a new contractor since my other one move away back East.
They came in and said they could easily do what I needed when we needed it. Then, after a few days they called back
and said they couldn’t do it when it needed to be done– after wasting my time for 3 days. I’m assuming a more profitable job came up.
I regret posting this review, but feel it needs to be posted. Unfortunate.
No, I will not be calling back. Yes, I found someone else who finished the job two days later. They wasted my time.

Ivan and Jacob installed a casement/​slider air conditioner for me and did a beautiful job. Instead of using the included extension, Ivan suggested plexiglass, which was the perfect solution as I didn’t lose my view. Excellent communication and both professional. I will definitely call them for future work. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!

I have had Ivan and Gabe out to my house several times. They are honest hardworking guys. I had two ceiling fans that they installed that were broken (by the manufacturer not by Ivan!). I paid him for the labor both times since they did the work. It’s not their fault the fans were messed up. After the second time he refused to cash it because the job wasn’t done. He has worked hard to get another situation resolved for me and had been fair and honest the entire time. I will be giving them the first opportunity when it comes to some remodel work later this year.
Again… Bottom line. Honest contractor.

I’m keeping these guys on speed dial while I renovate my house. I called them up to repair some water damage from a leak I thought was fixed. Ivan not only repaired the damage but discovered a bigger leak that the other plumber missed. He had everything in his truck and repaired the leak then and there. If he had just repaired the water damage and went to the next job the leak would have done more damage and I’d be calling him up again. He saved me a lot of money. Great guy!

I have this old grandmother-​style rocking chair that used to look horrible because of an ugly paint job. I talked to Ivan about it and he told me he could get it looking amazing again with the shabby chic look my wife loves.
Ivan put a ton of time into this thing and charged a very reasonable price. We always get compliments on it when people come over. I wish I could post a picture. Thanks Ivan.
