History
Established in 2006.
The Pinnacle Restaurant opened in 2006 specializing in Mediterranean/American cuisine. The choice of Mediterranean was because of the health benefits of this cuisine over other diets. All of the dishes use fresh ingredients that are locally sourced when possible. The Pinnacle gained immediate acclaim for one of its American food dishes: Lobster Mac N’cheese. This remains one of our high selling entrees. Recently the restaurant enhanced its American cuisine by adding several specialty burgers offering in both ¼ and ½ pound options. Using only Black Angus beef, these burgers have been immensely popular. Since the restaurant is also part of the Falkner Winery, each menu items has a recommended wine associated with it. Wines are offered by the glass or bottle with a discounted bottle price if the wine is «to-go». Food & Wine Club members always receive a 50% discount on all wine as part of their dining in the Pinnacle. Reservations are always recommended.
Meet the Manager
Gianni C.
Manager
I am the Executive Chef of the Pinnacle and started on March 1st, 2008. My background in cooking and leadership is from establishments such as Tommy Bahama’s in Newport Beach, Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Yardhouse Restaurant in Irvine, Tutto Mare in La Jolla, and Amici’s and Lugano’s in Costa Mesa. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena and specialize in Mediterranean Cuisine, particularly Italian cuisine. According to co-owner Ray Falkner, «We are excited to have Gianni join us as we strive to become the best eating establishment in the Temecula area». I also handle all the catering aspects of the Falkner Winery wedding and banquet business. When visiting, I suggest our wonderful Lobster Mac N’Cheese, seafood entrees, or any one of our specialty burgers.
