We have been contemplating a whole-​house fan for a couple years now. After our friends and neighbors got theirs, we asked them for a demo, as our homes are the same 2-​story model. Wow!!! We were very impressed. We called Quiet Cool Guys the next day and they put us on the schedule. Cody and Jeremey came last week to install. What a nice couple of young men they were! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and clean. They got right to the job, and were finished within the hour. We have used the system twice now and what a difference!!! Immediately the cool fresh air starts coming in as the hot air goes out. Amazing how great it works. No need for running the a/​c at night. I would highly recommend this company as their prices are hard to beat, and the employees are top-​notch. My husband said he’d hire Cody and Jeremy in a flash!!! Lol. Good job, QC Guys!!!
…it’s been over a month now, and we have used the fan several times. Can’t say enough good about it. Works great. The house stays cool and it only takes minutes to feel a huge difference.

I had been looking at reviews and talking to different company’s regarding a whole house fan. This was the easiest transaction ever, I called told Drew what I wanted, he gave me a quote over the phone followed up with an email. They were out the next week to install. The install guys were quick and clean. Spent a few minutes teaching me how to work the fan. We have had it for 3 months and I just love it. Cools the whole house in less then an hour. I would recommend a whole house fan and the QC guys to anyone.

After our daughter raved about her Quiet Cool whole house fan my husband and I called Dieter who gave us a quote over the phone, told us what system we needed based on our square footage and installed it the day he came to our house. Dieter, Travis and Matt were very professional, kept the rooms clean where they worked and we were surprised how modern it look compared to some I’ve seen in homes built years ago. We are thrilled with the results as we do have days and weeks during the summer with temperatures over 100 and have slept very comfortably with our new Quiet Cook whole house fan!

I had a good experience with the QC Guys. Prompt response via email with a reasonable quote for installation of two whole house fans and a ceiling fan. The guys were quick and clean with the installation. I’m looking forward to trying the fans out this summer.

I can’t be more thrilled about the decision to get a whole house fan and more importantly dealing with the QC Guys. My son just recently had them install a fan in his house and recommended them highly. I now know why and why everyone here has given them 5 stars!
First of all, someone actually answered the phone and there was no phone tag. Drew gave me quote over the phone based on size of my house, emailed me the quote 2 minutes after hanging up and we scheduled the installation for within a week. The price was considerably less than other quotes I got.
The installers were punctual, courteous, professional, efficient, covered all surrounding surfaces with plastic and left no traces of dust or dirt. Took about an hour for the installation. Then they spent 15 minutes going over how to run it (dead simple), and demoed where to open windows to achieve max cool down.
I cant be any more pleased with the fan and know that it will pay for itself by the end of the year in savings over running the AC.
But more importantly, if I could give the QC Guys 100 stars I would! I don’t usually gush over a business but this one deserves it.

We just had our fan installed and we are really excited to start using it! From my first conversation with Drew to the having it installed has been extremely seamless and straight to the point. Drew is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me exactly what system he recommended for our house and what the price would be. He even emailed the quote to me a few minutes after we got off of the phone. They were BY FAR the lowest! Another company wanted to charge us $ 600 for the exact same thing we got with QuietCool Guys. That is a lot of money we were able to save! The two guys that came to install were absolutely wonderful. They were also extremely knowledgable, very professional, extremely fast, efficient, honest, and very nice. My husband and I were thinking about getting a second smaller for our master bedroom and when I brought this up he was very honest and didn’t try to sell me on anything we didn’t need and that wouldn’t add value. Both of the guys that came today and Drew are wonderful at representing their company and the Quiet Cool brand. I honestly wish everyone would do business this way. It definitely made life so much easier. I would absolutely recommend going with them if you are thinking about installing a whole house fan or any electricity work you need done at your house.

The Quiet Cool guys were great. They were very punctual and efficient. They prepared the area before working and cleaned up the small mess it produced. I opted for the Stealth 6.5 fan system. It is very quiet and has a lot of airflow. It cools the house off quickly and it stays cool, unlike when running the A/​C. I just got my electric bill, and I used a significant amount less than I did last year. I would recommend these guys to anybody. They did wonderful work.

Just got the trident 4.8 from the quiet cool guy. We have a town home 1300 sf and all the living space is on the second floor. Since heat rises up it gets really hot inside even though it cool outside. We originally was going to install the 3.3 however upon inspection of my attic josh and Cody recommended to get the bigger motor and I’m glad i listened. On low setting the 4.8 is pulling in 3612 CFM that’s even higher than the highest setting of the 3.3. Right when I turn it on I feel a cool air circulating in our home look out summer I got a new secret weapon thanks QC guys.

Bought a whole house fan from Drew and Cody and the QC guys. They were the best price of the 4 companies we called and service was great too. The fan works as advertised and cools the house down great. It does consume some electricity though, so be aware of that. Customer service was awesome too. We had issues with our timer on 2 different occasions. Drew noted they had some defective ones and sent the guys out 2 different times to replace. Only complaint was that we referred a friend and never saw the referral money. Minor detail I guess.

I had a house fan installed just over two years ago and have been so happy with it. Cools the house down super quickly. I can close most of the house up at night and crack a window or two and feel a strong current of cool air being pulled through the open window/​s. Love it! Installation was super quick and guys were very personable and cleaned up work areas. We had them out recently to fix a minor problem and they did it no charge. I would hire these guys again in a second– highly recommended!

Drew was great over the phone… answered my questions and booked an appt. Cody and his crew arrived yesterday morning to go over the system about which I inquired, then proceeded to install the Stealth 4.8 with his crew, clean up, and give some tips about running it all in an hour and a half. Oh, and while the system was running we noticed a slight noise that was not supposed to be there so Cody pulled out the ladder, when up to the attic and fixed the problem… still within the 1.5 hours they were at our house. Very personable and competent crew.
And now for some cooler times during our Summer…

The installation of this fan has made air flow in the home much fresher. We love to run it in the morning and evening. Wife likes to run even after cooking to get any heavy Indian spices out.

I shopped around trying to get quote for whole house fans. I kept getting the «run-​around» and was able to get a company come out, look at my attic, but then, NEVER called me with a quote. I reached out to some of my neighbors who I knew had Whole House Fans. Asked who they had install their systems, and they recommended Quiet Cool Guys. Called Drew, told him what I wanted and where I lived. He remembered my neighbor’s attic, and since we live in a «cookie cutter» house, he told me OVER THE PHONE, that it could be done, having 4 fans installed. Set up the appointment immediately and Drew said his guys would be there between 11 & 1. I thought like the cable company, they were going to show up sometime between 11 & 1. NO, these guys rang my doorbell AT 10:58, and we were being shown how to work the system AT 12:50!!! These guys that installed the system, were professional and knew what they were doing. I’m the type of homeowner that asks «21 questions» and they had no problem putting up with the questions. Every question answered. I did NO clean up! They brought in their vacuums and drapes. NO MESS whats so ever. I am very pleased and happy we got Quiet Cools Guys to install our system. And now that summer is here, every night, I’m running these fans. And before I leave for work in the morning, running the system to get the cool summer air, in to our house. And the house literally stays cool all day. LOVE IT.

My husband and I had been debating getting a whole house fan since we bought our home 2 years ago. We live in east county and it can get pretty hot during the summer months. Worse than that is even when it would cool down we couldn’t get enough air flow to go through our house to cool it down to a reasonable temperature. After suffering a terrible summer we did our research and decided to contact quiet cool. They gave us an estimate over the phone based on the square footage of our home, 1200 square feet would cost approximately $ 1100 for the fan and installation. They came out within a week and after assessing the property were prepared to instal the same day. Installation took 2 hours and the total cost was within $ 100 of the quote given over the phone. The difference in our home was immediate. Having the fan on for a few hours in the evening or early morning gets our house down to a temperature that doesn’t require air conditioning even when east county is in the triple digits.
We plan on using this fan for many years to come and will install one in any future homes we may have.

My husband’s been on the warpath about getting a whole house fan in our attic. He claimed it would change our life and we wouldn’t need to spend thousands on central A/​C. Like any good wife, I was highly skeptical and wasn’t exactly excited about this home improvement project, and to be honest, my cousin has a whole house fan (not a QuiteCool brand) that she said is too loud and doesn’t really do much. About a week ago, we (and by ‘we’ I mean ‘he’) had a QuietCool fan installed in our attic. Two things happened:
1. I was wrong, my husband was right. This thing ROCKS!
and
2. My husband was forced to clean out his office so the guys could get to the attic door (this was even better than the fan, if I’m being totally honest here!).
If I’m out and about and I come home and the house feels stuffy and hot, I just open a window and maybe one of my sliding doors, and turn the fan on high, and I immediately can feel the cool, fresh air being sucked into the house and up into the hot attic area. Our home is about 1100 sq. ft. and it cools off completely within 30 minutes, but whatever room you’re in, if you open that window while it’s cooling off you will immediately feel the cool breeze being pulled into the room. The other thing that I love about this fan is that I don’t get that «Slurpee Brain Freeze» that I always feel in highly air-​conditioned rooms. This is cool, refreshing, and I feel like I’m inside a York Peppermint Patty…
One note about The QuiteCool Guys… they are totally awesome! Two guys came to the house, on time, and we have a quirky old home so it took a bit of poking around for us and them to decide where to place the fan return vent, not to mention the fan itself. In the end, they were able to install the fan in a discreet spot in our office, where it isn’t seen in a main room. They were polite, funny, and all around great guys who I was happy to have working in my home. They also took great care not to knock into things and cleaned up before they left.
