I was looking for a treat that my daughter could enjoy (she has celiac disease and is also allergic to dairy, soy, and corn) and stumbled upon The Raw Vegan cheese cakes at one of the San Diego farmers markets. Wow! Everyone in the family was fighting over them. It’s wonderful to have a healthy and delicious option that everyone loves.

Most raw vegan treats have too much agave nectar and raise the blood sugar; however, The Raw Vegan pies from Temecula use only a moderate amount of agave making them consumable for someone with insulin sensitivities.
I can say without a doubt that these raw food cakes are the best on the market and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to support a small local business or have a treat without feeling guilty.
