I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend Trinity GFX. They are not professional, responsive or reliable. I submitted an order for a banner and allowed one week for a lead time. I was assured that it would be completed on-​time and when I needed it. No one was available to take my follow up calls or emails during the process. I never received confirmation that the PDF provided was adequate or print ready. When the deadline came, the banner was not in my hands as promised. I ended up having an unsuccessful event without my banner. I pulled my request for subsequent work from them because I received no indication they were interested or could make my reasonable deadline. I ended up going with another print shop in town who informed me that Trinity GFX has an unreliable reputation in the area.

These guys are awesome! They provided some great options and great prices compared to the other quotes we got. They even hit the estimated deadline which is virtually unheard of in this industry.
