Terrible customer service. Janice in particular is aggressive and unhelpful on the phone and nearly as bad in person. This post office doesn’t follow standard procedures outlined on the USPS site and they surely don’t show common sense when it comes to personal or business related mail services. (I use them for both). This breakdown in management appears systemic as calls to postmaster have all been ignored. Ironically this is a totally different experience than a couple miles down the road at the two Murrieta post offices. I realize that it’s a bloated federal organization, but even in that environment a decent manager can help spread a culture of helpful, customer-​oriented employees. I’ll spend my money with Murrieta or UPS…

The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of the nice man who wears a back brace. He is so sweet and always is so helpful. I think he is the best government employee I’ve ever met! On the other hand… There is a guy who is so rude who works the inside area. He is the one who guides you to what you need… But he is so rude. Snobby.
