V is the best! I come here for different facial treatments. I try to come at least once a month and sometimes 2 or 3 times. V is generous with her time and very accommodating. I have been here over a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Every visit is a joy, the price is reasonable and I have no problem getting appointments (it is so easy to book on line). I highly recommend her services!

Scheduling is ridiculous. I’ve never used their services — I’ve never been able to get in touch with anyone or schedule. Good thing I tried to contact them several times prior to purchasing a Groupon.
You call, and leave a message, and they text you back telling you to call them back or email them. You do that, and the cycle repeats. I have emailed questions, with no response, and called, only to get their «courtesy» text to remind me to email my questions.
Three rounds and I’m out.
Sorry. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very limited schedule only open for monday and Friday. No call back instead they text you. What kind of service is that!

Amazing service! V is sooo knowledgeable and polite. She’s incredibly organized, keeps her schedule running tide (which I absolutely appreciate) and the facility is very clean.
