AWESOME BUSINESS!!! Bill goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to taking care of his clients. His expertise and honesty with his business is what more merchants need to do for their own businesses. When ever I go in with a problem he always knows the answer and with a smile fixes it. I have bought a Riccar from him. His prices are great, and to top it off he services what he sells. Yesterday I took a friends vacuum in that had a sock stuck in the hose and in no time Bill removed it. He did this at no charge and a smile. Thank you Bill! :)

I met a Bill last week. GREAT GUY! The 07′ Dyson I own has issues and the parts need to come directly from the manufacturer. I’m back today to have a used vacuum checked out. Bill spotted the issue quickly. He changed the filter (with 20% off) and cleaned it up for me as well. Great business all across the board. I HIGHLY recommend this business for vacuum services!

Went in 6 Years ago looking at new Vacuum’s. Was pretty set on buying a Dyson until he showed me a pile of them in the back of his shop that were trash. Owner sold me a Riccar which I have been very happy with. No problems except today when I couldn’t get her started so I called in and all I had to do was hit the reset button lol. He has saved me a trip down to the store and saved me from buying a cheap Vacuum which I probably would have killed by now anyway. Highly recommend this place for any Vacuum need especially when buying a new Vacuum. Thank You Sir!

Fixed my Dyson while I waited. Replaced the belt and two filters. My vacuum is like new again! Extremely honest and knowledgeable. Even gave me a military discount! Definitely recommend for all your vacuum repair needs!

Bill looked at my Tristar and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I went home with it ready to go. He explained both best case scenario and worst case scenario with costs. Turned out it was something simple. I came away with a better understanding of how my machine works and how to better care for it. I will be back for sure.

Very experienced, helped me get some Kirby shampoo and helped me with a product that removes pet urine. Has a huge variety of vacuum products from cleaners to bags. Very professional.

Recently, my wife and I purchased some new Infinity Ultrasoft Premium Carpet for our home. When we tried to use our Dyson vacuum cleaner on it, it was so hard to push, we were exhausted after a few minutes. While doing a search on the Internet, it was apparent that the Dyson would start to damage this type of carpet if we continued to use it, and our bodies would begin to feel the stress of pushing it. It just has too much suction for this type of carpet.
We looked on You Tube for reviews of machines that had adjustable height and suction controls, and saw many vacuum retail dealers continually recommending the brands Sebo, Miele, and Riccar for use on the new premium soft carpet.
We found Vacuum Express in nearby Temecula, a short drive from Fallbrook. When we talked to Bill Dedich, the owner, he mentioned that the Sebo «Felix» upright might be the perfect machine for our carpet. We had brought a sample of the carpet to the store, and he allowed us to try a new Sebo on it. It worked like a dream. We bought it on the spot.
What sets his business apart from most, is that he provides a free service plan for customers who purchase a new full vacuum from him, as well as providing free cleanings, and a free loaner vacuum while yours is being repaired. He also included a box of 8 vacuum bags and an extender wand with our purchase. This was an unexpected surprise.
We will be purchasing all our bags and accessories from Bill in the future. It is nice to find someone with honesty and integrity these days. If you need to purchase a vacuum, this is the place. We highly recommend this business.

I took my Dyson to this guy. I decided on him because of the great reviews on Unilocal.It was a bear to find though, cause the address really isn’t on the street given. It is in the Rancho Cal Shopping Center on a connecting cross street. It is 2 doors down from Nothing But Cakes, near Target. Call him first to get directions. Google maps just does not work.
I LOVE this guy! Sorry, I should have gotten his name. He is not authorized to repair Dyson’s, as he explained they have their own repair facilities, but he is a jewel. He did check my Dyson out to see if it was something simple and helped me locate the serial number. No charge. I bought a sweeper vac from him though for $ 40. Good to have.
If I ever need a vacumm cleaner? And if my Dyson cannot be fixed? I am going to this guy for sure.

I stopped in to drop off my pristine 32 year old Kirby Heritage II for repair. I am the original owner and have taken very good care of it. It has only had one part replaced, and zero — yes, zero problems. It was turning off intermittently, but when it was running the motor sounded great. The guy didn’t even touch or try to look at it and said, «Sounds like the motor is going out, you should just get a new vacuum — I wouldn’t waste my money on repairing it, can’t even get parts for it anymore». He gave me his sales schpeel, saying he had been selling vacuums for 19 years, and started showing me new vacuums. When I asked about the trade-​in value — he said, «This one is in really good shape — you could probably get $ 150 for it on E-​bay, but I can’t give you anything for it.» He was very convincing and if I hadn’t been in a hurry — I would probably have stayed and been «Sold» a new one. What a crock! I took it to Sincere Sew & Vac in Lake Elsinore — Katy really knows her stuff. She took the head off and noticed a pin was bent. She fixed it with a screwdriver in less than 15 minutes I walked out — no charge, with it running like new. She also told me she can get any part that I need for it, it’s a great vacuum, all metal parts, and I should keep it!
Sorry Vacuum Express — I won’t be back and cannot recommend you!

Stopped in about a year ago to get my vacuum looked at. Was dreading how much it was going to cost. Turned out the owner fixed it and only charged me $ 10. I told him I’d be back when I was ready to buy a vacuum.
Fast forward a year later and I went in to purchase an American vacuum. I have had it with the standard junk that is sold. My new one was $ 249 and Bill couldn’t have been friendlier. Awesome customer service, a gentleman who backs his products with service, and an overall amazing place to do business.
We need more places like yours in the world!

I went in today because my Dyson vacuum had pretty much died. After talking to the gentleman working there turns out it works! He was very friendly and helpful. Plus there was no charge. But when my vacuum does need repair I am bringing it here. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for over 7 years. If you want a vacuum that will last 10 – 20 years, this is the place. If anything goes wrong, the repairs and service are completed right there.

Stepped in last week to see what it would cost to diagnose the loud noise in my vacuum wand. He said he would check it out for free and see what the problem was. Since I had it in the car and he wasn’t busy, I brought it in. He checked it out and found a bobby pin stuck in it. Didn’t charge me anything and gave me a quick lesson in vacuum economics & buying them second hand (which I have had good success with). I don’t have the household budget for a quality vacuum with a warranty, but if I did I would being buying it here for certain!

This guy ROCKS! If you need a Vacuum see this guy. Got a simply vacuum, but it will last for years (4 years, no issues)
Plus he keeps a record of customers and knows what equipment you have when you need bags or parts. Not expensive
