Brian and his crew are very respectful and hardworking. They removed awful ivy from a significant part of my wall and alley, fixed my grass, fixed my sprinklers’ awful high pitched whistling, took care of weeds, etc.
Where they need improvement is communication; making sure they and the customer have a full and complete understanding of what is going on.
They do excellent work when they show up, but they didn’t show up for a couple of weeks and when I contacted via email to inquire as to why, I was told that the owner was out of town and they weren’t conducting any maintenance operations until he returned. No notice in advance and I was disappointed.
If they’re still in business they’re definitely worth trying, because they are good people who do good work, but I’m doing my own maintenance now.

Called and asked for an estimate. He was on the job, so asked me to text my information. Got an appointment setup and he confirmed. Unfortunately, he never showed up or called to let us know he wouldn’t show up. We had dinner plans and sat around thinking maybe he was running late or lost (doubtful since I texted directions as well), but he was a no-​show. Shit happens, but come on… takes 30 seconds to text that you can’t make it.
