1 star — I am in beyond disbelief of the lack of professionalism!!! I wish I had check on Unilocal before wasting my time. I called them Friday to ask if they could embroider my daughters Pottery Barn backpack in time for school which starts tomorrow (Wednesday). She assured me that if I dropped it off on Friday she would have it by Saturday. I was the one who had to remind her to take my number to call me when it was done. I was very clear that I didn’t want to wait until last minute. Didn’t hear back all weekend so I called Monday morning. A lady answered and said no one was there and she could take a message. I left my number and asked her to call m back about the backpack. Didn’t hear back so I called again at 4 pm and finally Dawn (the owner) tells me that she is sorry and will work on it that night and I could pick it up the next day. I said I could swing by at around 11 am. (I was already annoyed that she had not worked on it but now I had no time to take it else where. At 10:45 am today I get a call from her telling me that she had a death in her husbands family out of town and she had to take him to LAX but would come back and work on it so I could pick it up at night. I felt sorry for her loss and agreed. Finally at 6:30 I called her and she tells me that she couldn’t find the font and of she downloaded «illegally» it would not work the same!!! OMG!!! Now thinking she probably sold my $ 50 pottery barn backpacks (yes, I left another one for reference) so I said I was on my way to pick it up. She said she felt bad and would leave her house right away and meet me half way. After 15 minutes I hadn’t herd from her so I called her number to get a busy tone several times. Then I tried 10 times until she answered to tell me she was now leaving!!! I told her I couldn’t wait any longer and was on my way to what she responded that she would leave the backpacks out front!!! Are you joking me? They are brand new! What if someone takes them! Thankfully no one did but I had to share so you don’t experience the same!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! A joke!!!

Horrible service! Not even worth the one star. It took me asking every other day if my items where done and each time I was told tomorrow. … I did everything they asked, I sent them emails of my files and when that didn’t work I dropped off my flash drive with two kinds of files so at least one would be bound to work, but still nothing.. over two months of this and I finally gave up on them. After them avoiding my text and calls and no work to be done. I don’t recommend them to anyone. I lost orders due to them. Thanks for nothing smh
