Mark is a major in the US Army. He served in two tours of duty. First, he served in Iraq in 1990⁄1991. The second deployment was to Afghanistan in 2009⁄2010.
He worked for IBM Direct for ten years. He founded Better Direct in 2006. Better Direct specializes in IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, and VMware. It is a one stop shop for IT.
