ET Limousine Service

My firm contracted with ET Limo service for a Scavenger Hunt. The driver arrived promptly however I was told by him that the partition window was stuck in the upright position and the Scavenger team would have to call the driver on his cell phone to direct him to the specific locations they needed to go (seriously?). Because this was a timed event, the team was at a huge disadvantage with this defect. Secondly the door for the passengers to exit was a «gulf wing» type that was very difficult to open from the inside so the driver had to get out and open the door. Again, another disadvantage for the team as they needed to jump in and out of the vehicle quickly. Obviously this team came in last and when I called the following business day, and attempted to explain the issues and asked for a discount off our invoice, I was told I should have called when the defect was noticed. Since this information was given to me 10 minutes before the «Scavenger hunt» started, there was no way we could wait for a substitute car. While the driver apologized profusely, I feel that they should have never put this car into service with the issues noted. On top of all that, when I called Mario, he was not even apologetic, he had a «too bad» attitude. I have the opportunity to rent limos regularly and will never use this company again.

We used ET Limo for our wedding. They just took myself and my wife back to the hotel and my only regret is that we didn’t use them for more of our transportation. We chose the Chrysler 300 Stretch which was one of the coolest limos I’ve ever been in. Our driver was on time (early even), courteous, and helpful. They were exactly what we were looking for in a limo company.

I saw the tall Mercedes van/​bus driving very aggressively on the 202W off the McClintock exit around 10:15pm on ³⁄₂₅.
You repeatedly high beamed someone because they’re yielding to the right of way traffic and you couldn’t wait 10 sec for those cars to clear.
Then, you blew past me and the rest of the nearby highway traffic going about 20mph over the speed limit.
I then watched you fly up on 2 different cars asses up ahead as you proceeded to tailgate them so hard that you forced them to get out of your lane. You did this all while having a wide open carpool lane to your left to pass in. But no, apparently it’s «your» highway.
You also did this all within the span of about a mile. I don’t want to know what other douchebaggery you engaged in further down the highway.
I assume you didn’t have any passengers because they would be pissed, but you should employ a little common sense when you’re using a company vehicle.
You know there’s a logo on your vehicle… right?

Lonnie was awesome… we hired the limo for my nieces 11^th bday and he was so professional and courteous! I would highly recommend Lonnie :)

If you read my other reviews, you will see that I am not difficult to please. But I would say this was the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT hire this company. The first driver (Beni) was extremely polite, but he should NOT work for this company. He arrived early, and the music in the limo worked. We paid for a second limo to pick us up four hours later. Tarik was 30 minutes late getting to Chase Field and took 10 minutes to find us from there. In addition, he did not ensure that the technology was working. So our group suffered in silence while tired and hungry since we were picked up late. And I had to contact the parents of all the kids to reschedule pickups thanks to these guys not following through on their commitment. I called Customer Service. The man I spoke with was RUDE, DEFENSIVE, and INSULTING. He was extremely unprofessional, and he said, «I don’t know what you are looking for. It was a busy day for us. You aren’t getting any money back.» So if you want to deal with A@@hole, call ET limousine services. But with their inability to give two craps about the customer being satisfied, I’d steer your business elsewhere.

Had a pickup from the airport scheduled this morning the driver was early, well mannered, and professional. He assisted me into the car and secured my luggage got me to the airport just as I scheduled with the company and even assisted with me curbside luggage check in. I come to Phoenix frequently for business and usually use taxis or über but after this experience I won’t use any other transportation service in AZ! Two thumbs up, keep up the great work.

I have been using ET for years now. We have been in several of their limos to include the hummer patio, Chrysler, sprinter and many more. This is the only company I will ever call for any occasion or just because. Always on time and have never had an issue contacting for pickup. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL! We last used the sprinter and we’re so pleased our driver went above and beyond to make for a great time. Looking forward to our next one. Mario is always a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend ET for any occasion.

Very professional and convenient! The staff is friendly and their system is easy and straightforward. ET Limos minimized my transportation concerns while I was in Phoenix (for the first time) to attend a quick weekend conference.

We hired them for our wedding day, they were suppose to be at our house at 2:15 Pm to take us, our family, and friends to the wedding venue, we were suppose to be there at 3 pm. After several calls asking where they were we were forced to cancel their service and drive ourselves. We piled into 3 SUV’s at 3 pm, which is the time we were suppose to be meeting our photographer at the venue. They did show up on time to pick us up, of course we still had to pay for that ride, and they offered to take us one way to the airport for our honeymoon for free. We live 15 mins from the airport, and to me, that is not enough. Not only did we miss 40 mins with our photographer, but my husband also had to play chauffeur the next day and drive everyone back to their cars. DON’T use this company if you want a nice limo experience on your wedding day!
