Finally got my eyebrow situation in check. I came here by a friend’s recommendation. When coming in to the store its eally hard to find make sure to look for a little eye symbol by Victoria’s Secret.
My associate got me seated in the chair right away. She was very friendly however it was very awkward having other customers waiting in line for their turn to watch me as my eyebrows group plucked.
They really need some music or something in there to keep it more relaxed and lively. Awesome $ 2 discount with checkin! I’ll be back guys kept up the good work.

Today was my first time here and I will most definitely be back. I didn’t get the technicians name but she was not only very sweet, she was fast and very talented. She asked me to check it out after she did the first side, and the same to the other when she was done. They look amazing!!! Couldn’t be any happier.

I have frequented the tempe shop around 6 times and i am very pleased with the results. they have taken me as a walk in and i have never waited.

Affordable $ 10 for a great brow threading, nice location. Clean salon, great pricing, and most importantly they shape your brows brilliantly. I’m knocking a star off because they have no music and it was kind of awkwardly

I went here on Sunday, 9÷13÷2015 at around 3pm. The woman who did my brows had a blue shirt one, and black moccasin sandals.
The place is very hard to find. I walked past it twice, and had to use my GPS to find it. I walk in with my step daughter, and the only person there is with a customer, and another woman was waiting. The eyebrow threader didn’t even look at me, or acknowledge I was there. So I stood there for a moment confused on if I should wait for someone to sign me in, or what. I decided to sit down since the woman seemed to be oblivious to me, even though she was 10 feet away. She could have at least told me I could have a seat, instead of letting me stand their not knowing what to do. When she finished the woman she was working on she barely had any eyebrows. They were left super short. Maybe she wanted them that way, but I doubt it. The woman who was with her changed her mind, and said she would come in another time. So I sit down, and tell her just to clean them up, and follow the natural shape. Not to go too thin since my hair is blonde, and they disappear if they’re thinned too much. She was unable to make my eyebrows match. I know my brows are slightly thinner on one, but I have never had an issue when getting them down. She basically shaped one, but then only cleaned up the other instead of making them look the same. The right is higher looking than the left since she didn’t take much off the top. When I got home I had to go through, and remove hairs to even them out more. I shouldn’t have to tweez my brows after paying to get them down. It was also incredibly painful. She said it was because my brows were long, which is not the case. I have never had this issue, and I go months between brow jobs. I was barely able to sit through it, and I have had them threaded many times, and waxed many more. The reason I prefer threading to tweezing is because it normally doesn’t hurt as much. Not the case here.
tldr: I will not be returning. Horrible customer service, and I could have done better myself, and I’m not very good at brows. And it was the most painful threading/​wax I have ever had done on my brows.

This place is very difficult to find. Its actually in block H 2000 and Its on the back side of Barnes&Nobles. If you are able to find this place you will definitely like the place. Service was pretty fast and the girls are very efficient in shaping eyebrows. Its also very reasonable, just $ 10 for eyebrows. I would recommend this place.

Love this place and love getting perfectly shaped eyebrows everytime! Definitely recommend going there if you don’t mind a lil bit of pain for a perfect shape.

Quick, friendly and accurate service– what more could you want! The location is a bit hard to find and can be very warm in the summer as the north wall facing the sun is all glass. I won’t lie, the place could use a serious paint job and new carpeting. All being cosmetic– I would still recommend it to a friend. They give discounts for students and offer a stamp card for savings.

When asking if I was all good I said to shape a certain area, the girl got annoyed and was very stale about the request.

I was here last Thursday and thought they were very unprofessional. They had a sign on the door that stated they would be back in 10 minutes, I waited over 45 minutes and she never came back. Customer service should be your number one priority and I will not be returning.

I go here all the time for my brows! If you can, see Senita. She is awesome and very nice. She is a bit rough when she threads but she gets it done right. Just explain everything to her in the beginning and she will do it how you like. She basically runs the shop because I’ve never seen the owner there once! Hands down only reason I go is because of how good Senita is at threading.

First time ever getting threading done. She made it quick, and easy. Results are fabulous! I had my eyebrows and upper lip done. Upper lip is a little more painful (due to the sensitive nerves), but worth it!

I’m really particular about how I like my eyebrows and really like coming here. I started coming here about 8 months ago and have never had a problem. Its quick and easy to get to and I like that they have a punch card for regulars.

Nice and tucked away at good old Tempe Marketplace! Great service here. The lady was very gentle, yet effective. Will be back again soon!

This is the only place I go to for eyebrow threading. I have even tried «authentic» threading places in Indian plazas and was reminded to go where I knew the product! There is a young girl there that always does an amazing job and takes the time to clean up with tweezers and trimmers. It is on par pricing wise with other threading places and it is very easy to walk in and walk out in a reasonable amount of time. Find the employee that works for you and go back when she’s there because technique and style vary. It is hidden next to the Victoria’s Secret in Tempe Marketplace.

Hit or miss for this place. One time I had an amazing eye brow thread, perfectly shapped eyebrows. Another I had patches left and uneven.

After spending all day trying to find a decent eyebrow threading salon I decided to try this one despite some of the reviews.
First of all I couldn’t find the actual salon. It’s hidden and super small and after realizing I had passed it maybe four times I was annoyed.
I was the only one in the salon and she sat me down right away. Thank god that it was air conditioned well because I was sweaty and hot. I asked the girl to do whatever she thought was best with my eyebrows since I don’t know how to do them myself. Usually when someone is shaping your eyebrows it takes quite a few minutes. After maybe two or three total minutes she was done. I thought that maybe she was just super fast but no my eyebrows had no shape to them whatsoever and she barely cleaned them up. Then I realized she was in such a hurry because two other people walked in while she was working on me. I was so frustrated I left without saying anything.
I will never return here and if you’re looking for a good eyebrow spot I recommend you look somewhere else.
