I met with Dr. Orris during my consultation and he was a large part in convincing me in moving forward with the lap band procedure. He is very knowledgeable and courteous which is not something you see in a lot of doctors.
I’m so excited to move forward with this next chapter of my life!

Dr. Orris and the staff at WLIA are great. Your questions are answered, all of the pre-​op requirements are easier to meet with the help of the excellent staff. Mike, the nutritionist, is always willing to help. I would prefer if they had more time at the Mesa/​Gilbert office. The only thing I didn’t care for was having to travel to the Tempe office for the Endoscopy and I would have preferred a different hospital for the procedure. Phx St. Luke’s had to be the most horrible experience I have ever had.

Dr. Michael Orris is a great doctor, wish I could have him for a primary doctor. He very knowledgeable on anything I ask him. He always time with you when needed. I started at the beginning of the year and have all ready lost over 40 lbs. without much effort, only 10 more to go. His staff is great and works very well with Dr. Orris. Thanks for weight loss.

Endoscopy was performed to check for a hernia and also make sure everything was ok to go ahead with weight loss surgery.
