I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone has always been upfront with me and has never tried to sell me things I do not need. In fact, I have asked about a number of things (if I needed to have more things done) and they actually talk me out of it. I started going here on recommendation from a friend. I had gotten a $ 700 estimate from the Big O Tires at 48^th St and Warner, from their «safety inspection» when I went in for an oil change. I went to RC2 and that $ 700 estimate magically went down to about $ 50. Based on that alone, I have sent everyone I know to them when they have car issues. Oh — and that estimate from Big O was a few years ago and the issues that the guy said I would have never appeared. What a shock!
